This is a very lovely 3-bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront point unit located within the much-desired St Regis Resort. This unit is located on the 5th floor (top level) which gives you the feel of being on top of the world. The views from this unit are just fabulous and totally unobstructed with views of water everywhere. If you want to come to the beach for the great views, you simply cannot find any better location than 1508 St Regis.

As you enter this unit through the entrance foyer, the kitchen will be just to your left. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations which include all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a stainless refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, stainless range/oven combination and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster, blender and microwave.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and living area which offers great views of the sparking Atlantic Ocean in the background. The dining area has ample seating for the family to enjoy their meals together as well as additional seating at the kitchen bar area.

The living room is directly facing the ocean and provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony. The living area is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating as well as a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra overnight guests. Here you will find a flatscreen TV equipped with cable and WiFi is provided throughout. As you exit the living room through the large glass slider doors you are now on the oceanfront balcony. This location provides outstanding views of the ocean as well as down the beach as far as the eye can see. Here you can enjoy that early morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise as it ascends over the horizon directly in front of your eyes. This is such a mesmerizing scene that you will not soon forget.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, flatscreen TV, various dressers, night stands, lamps and wall art, and a private full bath. This room also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony.

Bedroom two offers a double bed, various dressers, night stands and lamps, wall art and access out to an oceanside balcony.

Bedroom three offers a queen bed, various night stands, lamps and wall art as well as access out to an oceanside balcony.

Just outside bedroom two and three you will find a full bath with tub and shower combination that will service these two bedrooms.

In the hallway just down from the kitchen you will find a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
