Description

A wonderful 2006 home built in north port, Florida. The home features 4 bedrooms plus a den which will accommodate multiple couples or a large family with children (Max 6 adults plus 2 children). The home includes cable TV in multiple rooms and WIFI throughout the home. It also include a home phone with free USA and Canada calling.

Enjoy spacious living in this 2200 sq. Ft. under air conditioning with an open concept floor plan that features a great room, den, formal dining room carpet spanning the entire home. Three bedrooms have large walk-in closets to store your luggage and treasures discovered on your vacation. A bonus 4th bedroom provides additional space for more guests (queen bed).

A large master features a king bed and en-suite with two basins, an oversized oval tub and a separate walk in shower. A queen bed is located in the second and forth bedroom, the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. A second a bathroom has a combination tub/shower and single vanity.

The formal dining room features a magnificent dining table and chairs, very comfortable for those evening dinner parties when you don’t wish to dine out.

The kitchen includes a glass top stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, osmosis filtered water and breakfast bar that overlooks the vaulted ceiling family room and pool. A tv/dvd/cd entertainment centre complete with cable tv service is located in the great room or you can find solitude in the separate den room. Wireless wi-fi will keep you connected throughout the house. An incredible heated salt water pool will keep you entertained for hours and is completely screened in with a fan cooled lanai that features a covered grilling area. Lounge chairs for relaxing around the pool are provided. Entertainment is complete with a separate covered sitting and dinning area
