"Nice and quite, but needs new mattress"
The annex is a nice apartment, clean and very well located. The neighborhood and the garden are excellent. Ideal for one person, somewhat small for two, specially the narrow bed and the soft and worn out mattress. However, this problem can be solved easily. I would come back if they change the mattress. Landlady nice and helpful. Very convenient to have total Independence.
