Want a direct large Ocean Front (can't get any closer to ocean), 3 BD/2 BR, well maintained and clean condo? You just found it. The view from the living area, kitchen, and master bedroom are unrivaled anywhere! The pictures don't even do it justice!

The condo has been completely remodeled over the last few years. In 2019, new tile flooring was added in the living room, new custom-made blackout drapes were added in the living area and the master bedroom, and new furniture was added in the living room. In 2017/2018, the HVAC was replaced, granite countertops and new ceramic tile flooring added in the kitchen and entryway, new tile shower added in the hall bathroom, new tile added in the master bathtub, new furniture added in the master bedroom, new flat screen TV in the living room and all 3 bedrooms, and the entire condo repainted. These are only some of the improvements made to this unit in the last couple of years!

Enjoy stunning oceanfront views from the master bedroom. Listen to the peaceful sound of the waves at night and you will sleep like a baby! The master has a king size bed and private bathroom (tub & shower). This bedroom also has a large dresser/mirror, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player, and a closet. The master also has private balcony access via a sliding glass door!

The condo is set up for multiple family use. The second bedroom has a queen and single bed, a dresser with plenty of storage, a ceiling fan, and a closet. This bedroom has a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The hall bathroom is located near the second and third bedrooms and has a walk in tile shower. Both bathrooms have hair dryers furnished. The 3rd bedroom has a double and a single bed. There is a tall (5 drawer) dresser, a ceiling fan, and a small closet in this bedroom. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV mounted on the wall.

Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with an amazing view of the beach and ocean as you prepare a meal or a drink! The kitchen has all the appliances, pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils you will need! We also furnish a Keurig coffeemaker, a blender, and a large toaster. The dining table seats six and there are four bar stools, giving you enough room to seat a total of ten people!

The living area has a sleeper sofa (makes a queen size bed with ortho mattress), a matching loveseat, two end tables, a sofa table, a 40" flat screen TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player, and a large ceiling fan. The vaulted ceiling with two skylights makes the room look larger and brighter! And the view? The full length window provides the best view you will find anywhere along the Grand Strand!

The unit has a screened in area as you enter the condo. This area has a closet with a full washer and dryer so doing laundry is a breeze! We also have cabinets full of beach toys (shovels, buckets, etc.). And we have several beach chairs for your use.

Our complex has only 12 units, and the condos surrounding us are also small. This means our beach is less crowded and you can spread out and enjoy the sand and ocean without all the hustle and bustle. This is especially nice for families with children.

We are sure you will love staying at our condo. We take pride in our second home and we are looking for renters who will appreciate all our hard work and take care of our home away from home while enjoying a nice vacation on a great beach. Our building has many long-time family owners who work hard to keep a well-maintained complex.

Reviews on this site from our current and former renters will let you know how nice our condo is. Please read these reviews about our place to help you decide if this condo will meet your needs for a great vacation in the Myrtle Beach area. We do have a small local management company that handles all rental details such as check in and check out and providing you with your key, parking pass and linens. The management company is located one mile from the unit, so they can quickly help if you have any issues.

We are dog friendly from September through May (max 2 well-trained small dogs). We do have a $75 nonrefundable pet fee.

The minimum age of the primary renter is 24. Houseparties are absolutely forbidden on the property!

Note: There is no elevator on the property.
