The apartment has all mod cons, and is very clean and homely. With its own front door and gated entrance, the apartment has central heating and electricity included in the price as well as an 'Old English' style fire place and lovely restored features throughout. 42inch plasma, full satellite TV, a wide selection of DVDs new and old, internet wifi and a bose system, will keep you entertained in the evenings.
French doors in the double bedroom lead to a lovely secluded patio area where you can sit out and relax after a day out exploring, or perhaps you would like to dine outdoors in the summer with a home made meal. The fully functional newly fitted kitchin has everything needed and more.

20 minutes direct line to central London from Brimsdown station; great transport links , and very close to major London connecting roads leading to Heatrow Airport, Stansted, and other parts of the UK. Surrounded by lovely parks,gardens historical buildings, and activity centres coupled with shopping centres and the tourist attractions of the capital close by, makes this a great area.

The Japenese Gardens and mazes in Capel Manor, Lee Valley White Water Center (one of the Olympic stadiums,) Lee Vally Park Farms, Paradise theme Park and zoo, Trent Park, and Myddleton House Gardens are all close by and make for a great day out with the kids or a loved one. The Althletic Centre where some of the British Olympic teams train is also a must see.

The Great Cambridge Industrial estate (five minute walk) is fantastic for groceries and discount branded shopping or perhaps you would prefer the smaller shops of Enfeild Wash - boutiques, English cafes, fish and chips, and other quaint restaurents true to the English stlye in decor offering a wealth of European foods.


Big Ben, The Olympic Stadium , Hyde Park, The London Eye, Buckingham Palace and all London attractions are very easy to get to, with direct train links/underground links to the City, as well as bus routes.

If you feel like going further a field, there are lots of other UK areas to explore close by; feel like going white water rafting, or perhaps you would like to visit Pardise Park, or maybe you would like to visit one of Englands famous beaches in Southend, or fancy a trip to Oxford? - the apartment is close to Londons orbital road which gives you access to all the major motorways in the UK. Rent a car for the day and see other parts of the UK or jump on a bus and go into the capital - the choice is yours!

Airport transfers can be arranged on request and all guest will recieve a welcome pack on arrival which will include information about the local area and getting around London and other parts of the UK.

I am well aware of how daunting holidaying somewhere unfamiliar can be, especially with children, so I am on hand to help anyway I can with advise about the wonderful city of London and other parts of the UK throughtout your stay.
