Very easy access to Kings Cross /St Pancreas (15 mins) and all London airports.This is my lovely home in the UK but I am renting it out while I work abroad. Is stunning, quiet, fully equipped, comfortable and clean. Impeccably presented, it holds comfortably 4 people (in 2 double beds) and up to 6 guests as the living room has a double sofa-bed. Set over two floors - on the first level there is a large sitting room, well fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, and one bathroom with bathtub. On the second level you will find the master bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with a good shower and access to the balcony. High quality beds and linens in both bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi internet. Please note that even though this house is child friendly, you may consider visiting with young toddlers as there are two sets of stairs (one quite steep) as shown in the pictures.Please contact us with any queries you may have, I'll be happy to help.

The apartment is located in a very safe area, 5 minutes walk from the underground station with lots of night buses too. Very easy access to all airports and main railway stations. Residential neighbourhood yet very close to a high street full of shops and cinemas for local entertainment.

North London

Turnpike Lane is a busy cosmopolitan shopping street and an important thoroughfare for car traffic. Speciality shops remain open until late at night. By evening there are some restaurants, including Malaysian, Greek, Indian, Kurdish, Turkish, Chinese, Thai, Lebanese, and continental as well as smaller cafés catering to all budgets.

Finsbury Park nearby provides a large green space in central north London. It has a mix of open ground, formal gardens, avenues of mature trees and an arboretum area with a mix of more unusual trees. There is also a lake, a children's play areas, a cafe and an art exhibition space.

Sports facilities in the park include football pitches, a bowling green, an athletics stadium, and tennis and basketball courts. Unusually for London, the park hosts two facilities for "American" sports: an American football field, and diamonds for softball and baseball

Wood Green is a busy urban activity centre with a sizeable shopping area with two cinemas, bars, nightclubs, numerous restaurants and cafes and a shopping area, The Mall, close to the underground station. The High Road, the main shopping spine, is part of Green Lanes and stretches from the Wood Green tube station to the next stop on the Piccadilly Line, Turnpike Lane, and is lined with shops along its route.

Also close to the apartment is Alexandra Park and Highgate Woods, in Muswell Hill neighbourhood, which is mainly Edwardian north London suburb. Muswell Hill Broadway and Fortis Green Road, the main shopping streets, still maintain their historic character with most of the original facades preserved above street level. The area has a synagogue and four churches, one of which has been converted into a bar. Some parts have very clear views over London.

Finally Alexandra Park is split between hilly terrain and flat ground. It is adjacent to Hornsey, Muswell Hill and Wood Green. It is dominated by Alexandra Palace. From 1936 to 1981, the BBC transmitted TV progammes from a tall mast built onto one of the towers of the palace. In 1980, most of the palace was gutted by a huge fire. The building has since been restored and is now a conference and exhibition centre.

The vast, tree-lined sloping hill has wide views over London. On a clear day, the Crystal Palace Transmitter on the far south-east side of London is visible.
