Come hear the waves crash on the distant protective reef that allows the water to gently lap on the shore line, feel the breeze caress your skin, smell the clean air and watch the sunrise or sunset from almost every room in this amazing beach front home. Sit on the large patio, have a cocktail and watch the sun color the sky orange as it sets on the sea. Take a nap in the hammock as the ocean breeze gently rocks you to sleep.

Conch Cottage is a beautiful villa set in a tropical oasis. It has an open floor plan that feels open, airy, and spacious. All the comforts of home are here, and it will become a home you want to come back to every year. For your sleeping comfort, the master bedroom has a Tommy Bahama California King four poster bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed,and the loft has a pull out sofa bed. There is a full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, and two bathrooms. The front patio extends across the complete front of the house with a large cocktail table, comfortable chairs, chaise loungers, and a hammock for complete relaxation with an ocean view and sea breezes. The beach is your front yard. It's about 30 steps from the patio to the water. There is a gazebo on the water's edge to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, meals, cocktails or the shade while watching your loved ones play on the beach or kayak in the clear turquois water.

You can lie in bed and see the beautiful turquiose sea, or you can sit in almost any room in the house, on the large patio, on the upper loft deck or in the gazebo and watch the water change shades of blue and green as the sun shifts through the sky. When you step into the water it's like a gentle caress. It's so clear that you can easily see your toes standing in chest deep water. The water is incredibly clear for diving or snorkling. Take a boat ride, paddle a kayak, sail a hobie cat...there are so many ways to enjoy the water.

Wildlife is so plentiful you don't even have to leave the front porch. There are brown pelicans that commute morning, noon, and evening. The osprey dive for their meals right in front of the house. And if you're lucky, you can see the pink flamingos fly by. Hundreds of them live in the nearby Flamingo pond. A sight you must see!

You will be met at the North Caicos ferry dock by Mac who will esort you to the house. You will then be greeted and shown around by the property managers who can answer any questions you may have. They are there to make sure you enjoy your stay. When it's time to leave, Mac will return you to the ferry dock. All on island travels arrangements will be made for you so that you can enjoy a stress free vacation. There is a cell phone available for your use while you stay at Conch Cottage and internet is available if you need it.

It's a great place to go and relax. You can snorkel in the crystal clear turquiose waters. You can visit the local colonial plantation ruins and enjoy the splendor of the island's natural flora and fauna. It's a short drive to Flamingo Ponds look out where you can see hundreds of these rare birds in their natural habitat. Take a day trip to Middle Caicos and visit the Conch Bar Caves, Mudjin Harbor and Dragon Cay. While on Middle Caicos have some lunch at the Blue Horizon restaurant overlooking Dragon Cay. Or return to North Caicos and have some incrediable conch chowder at Frank's Cafe or dine in elegance at Silver Palms restaurant. And remember that anytime is a great time to have a drink on a picture perfect beach at the Baraccuda Beach Bar.
