1 Royal Apartments is a luxurious and modern 2 bedroom holiday apartment which comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Located in the heart of North Berwick (East Lothian, Scotland) it is furnished to a very high standard and has all home comforts including free WiFi and Sky sports TV as well as private parking. There is a gas combi boiler , delivering constant hot water and efficient central heating .The property is in energy Band C.
This ground floor property has a wonderful sea view towards the Firth of Forth and Craigleith . It is ideally situated opposite the train station and just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and the West Links Golf course.
North Berwick is a charming small coastal town located approximately 25 miles east of Edinburgh and is an ideal holiday location at any time of the year. It has beautiful clean sandy beaches, two golf courses, is home to the Scottish Seabird Centre and is on the John Muir Coastal footpath. The High Street has many individual shops and galleries and a good selection of cafés, pubs and restaurants. In August, North Berwick is host to the Fringe by the Sea.
Should you wish to explore the surrounding area there are a wealth of attractions nearby including 21 golf courses (Muirfield, Gullane and Dunbar to name a few), the National Museum of Flight, boat trips around the Firth of Forth islands and of course the capital of Scotland, Edinburgh which is half an hour away by car. Alternatively there is an hourly train service from North Berwick which runs late into the evening and also takes 30 minutes.

My husband & I have just returned from Jills apartment. Jill was there to meet us & explain everything to us, everything was top notch in the apartment. We hope to return next year. Thank you Jill.
“A perfect stay”
My friend and I had the most wonderful stay at Jill's flat in March. It is very welcoming, comfortable, clean and spacious. The bedding is luxurious; we certainly slept well after our bracing walks. North Berwick has a lot to offer, is very friendly and the beaches there are beautiful with lots of bird life. Jill is a superb host; leaving a very nice welcome basket of goodies and being attentive but not intrusive. We highly recommend it and hope to return in the near future.
