Looking for a cosy, clean, fully equipped flat within immediate reach of everything that makes North Berwick such a great holiday and golfing place? You have found it!

This sunny, comfortable first floor flat features sitting room/dining room, and fully equipped designer kitchen and bathroom. It has three bedrooms: one with king-size double bed (which can be separated into two single beds on request!), and two with bunks. A travel cot is also available. Full central heating and oak flooring make it suitable for all seasons. Broadband connection is included in the price.

Just 2 minutes walk to the wide sandy beaches, the quaint harbour (with the Scottish Seabird Centre and trips to the world famous Bass Rock), the varied shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Not forgetting the two golf courses within easy walking distance. Edinburgh only 35 minutes by train!

The welcoming wood-floored hall accesses the lounge, all three bedrooms and the bathroom.

The lounge is flooded with light from two tall sash and case windows. Around a traditional style living flame fire are arranged comfortable armchairs and sofa. For your entertainment, there is a TV with satellite reception and DVD player as well as a radio and CD player. At one end of the room is a wooden dining table with seating for six. Up lighters and wall lamps create a very cosy atmosphere.

Off the sitting room is the large kitchen, with designer units, sleek granite worktops and Belfast sink. It is fully equipped and has a double Stoves electric oven, separate gas hob, large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer, microwave and the usual toaster, kettle etc.,.

The twin bedroom has tall windows looking to the front, making it light and bright. Ample storage space is available in the large fitted wardrobes.There is a further bedroom at the front of the property with bunk beds, pegs and a chest of drawers.

The third bedroom, at the back of the property, also with bunk beds, has an in-built wardrobe with generous shelves. It also hosts a computer desk with chair and ready-to-use internet connection.

The large luxury bathroom offers a deep roll top bath, double walk-in shower, sink and wc with slate tiling to floor and walls. There is a heated towel rail in addition to under floor heating.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review - I am sorry it has taken me so long to respond, for some reason your review did not arrive in my inbox. We have taken note of your comments, the fridge handle has been replaced - we are now on fridge handle number 8 in ten years - I really find it hard to understand why so many are broken. We are having safety catches fitted on the windows next week. A tv in the main window we will look at. Changing the seating in the living area is tricky - it has to be washable - the covers usually need changing once a month at least - and comparatively compact to fit in the sitting room - and robust - guests are often rather hard on the furniture, but we will keep your comments in mind. Thank you once again for taking the time to write such a detailed review.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mandy (the owner) a message.

If Mandy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
