Aviemore is beautiful seaside ground floor apartment with two bedrooms in North Berwick directly facing the sea. The Victorian beach front apartment has high ceilings, with large picture windows, one twin bedroom offering breathtaking views of the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock. and the master bedroom with an en suite walk in shower room. The East Beach stretches out in front of the apartment with the boating pond and the harbour just 2 minutes walk to the left of the property front door.

There is a double bedroom with en suite shower room , and a twin bedroom, here you can also enjoy the sea views through the large picture windows, you will be able to hear the waves as you drift off to sleep.

The open plan sitting room and brand new kitchen enjoy the fabulous seaviews. The galley kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is large dining table to seat 6 making this perfect place for a family/ friends gathering
