NORTHSIDE HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION - we are a small family run business providing high quality, clean and spacious self-contained holiday apartments to suit you and your family. Located on North Marine Road Scarborough, YO12 7HZ. We can accommodate up to 7 guests in this apartment but please make an enquiry if you have more than 6 persons in your party. SORRY NO STAG/HEN PARTIES OR BOOZY WEEKENDS AWAY - We aim to maintain a relaxed friendly family atmosphere. Our Family Apartment featured here is ideal for families enjoying a seaside break. It comprises the entire second floor of our property and includes a large open plan living room and kitchen diner; Fully equipped kitchen including cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster; Large dining table with 6 x chairs; Living area with comfortable 3 seater sofa (doubles up as a fold away sofa bed), 2 seater sofa and 1 x arm chair, new flat screen TV with Free view, DVD player and coffee table; 1 x main bedroom with day-bed; large wardrobe; 1 x second bedroom with 2 x single beds; Cot and highchair available; Large private bathroom with basin, toilet and electric-shower only. All full week bookings receive a complimentary 'Welcome Pack' on arrival. Complimentary parking permit with all bookings. Close to Scarborough's North Bay & within close walking distance to the Town Centre, Peasholm Park, Open Air Theatre and Scarborough Cricket Ground. Bus stop located right on the doorstep. Choice of apartments available spread over three floors. All are complete with everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. Annually re-furbished. Fully equipped kitchens. TV and Free-view. Free Wi-Fi. All towels and bed linen provided with extra towels and bedding happily available upon request.

“Fab accommodation”

We’ve just had 3 nights in this fab apartment and can’t recommend it enough. Julie and Mike, the owners, couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need. It’s close to the North Bay and Peasholm Park. If you enjoy walking you’ll love the walks around the area. We’ll most definitely be back

Why can't I call Julie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
