Nolton Haven Farmhouse, sleeps 16 in 8 bedrooms with 8 bathrooms. 50 yards from Nolton Haven's sandy beach, with sun terrace and lawns overlooking the beach, 3 lounges, large kitchen and dining room. The farmhouse is just 50 yards from the Nolton Haven sandy beach, family home since 1841.

Large kitchen with 2 dish washers, large range cooker, American style fridge freezer with ice maker also a drinks chiller facing the dining room Large oak table with seating for up to 16 with Welsh dresser, floor fully tiled with the same tiles as the kitchen to make life easier for families, Three sitting rooms: 1 has three leather 3-piece suites, several coffee tables. No 2 just off the dining room has 1 suite. No 3 is a quiet reading room. Large LCD TV in main lounge with Sky TV, TV in reading lounge and another in the loafing area of the kitchen. Oil central heating throughout the house,with open coal/log fires in the large lounge and the reading lounge. 8 bedrooms with one family bedroom a double bed and single bed, three double bedrooms, three twin bedded rooms and one single bedroomed Bed linen is supplied but not towels Six bedrooms have en-suite shower bathrooms, one family bathroom with bath and one shower bathroom off the main landing. It is possible to rent the Apartment (on a separate listing) along with this property to increase numbers up to 18.

Dear Emily, Thank you for pointing out our lovely and unique location. As you are aware we have been in contact via email and have tried our best to come to a satisfactory conclusion following your holiday. We had also spoken on occasions during your holiday to rectify the issues whilst you were still in the house. I feel I do need to state there are a few comments that are a little misleading. Upon arrival your party were offered the apartment, which is located under the same roof as the farmhouse just accessed via an external door by the dining room, as an extra bedroom as we felt that one bedroom was unsuitable to sleep in. We were told at the time that you did not need this room as your party could easily fit into the remaining 7 bedrooms. The mattress that you had taken off one of the beds, we agreed, was totally unsatisfactory and was replaced. We were shocked that this was not spotted during the changeover and will be ensuring this will not happen again. We pride ourselves on offering a lovely large house for families and friends to come together to enjoy the fantastic location and we are very sorry you felt we did not deliver that for you and your family this time. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nolton Haven (the owner) a message.

If Nolton Haven (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
