Newly renovated farmhouse in many parts of the house with garden and porch, in a quiet residential area, has two bedrooms, one also has an extra single bed and have a sofa bed in the living room / kitchen. For up to 6 people. We are right next to the golf course Noja, just 8 minutes walk to the beach Ris, this beach are many leisure options like being able to surf lessons paddle sup dive .. well next to it, is find a sports center with paddle tennis courts pools and saunas has also numerous classes at your gym, there are also bars and restauranres this area, we have a great situation for nature lovers and those who enjoy a good walk through indescribable landscapes . As the center of the village where there are numerous bars, restaurants and other beach of Noja "Trengandin" takes walk about 15 minutes (4min drive), this beach is more familiar and quiet and has a beautiful and unique ride from you can reach the other Ris beach, or to Santona passing a small hill. We have a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and numerous restaurants and bars. He has washing machine, microwave, ceramic and linen. It also has a garden with barbecue, a terrace facing south and a porch of 20 square meters equipped with garden furniture. For any questions about the house or its location please contact us. It is rented for weeks or fortnights for summer during the months of June, July, August and September.

Sólo se alquilaba la parte derecha de la casa, el resto es la vivienda de los propietarios, pero ellos no estaban. Había varios fallos en la casa, pero en cuanto se lo decíamos a Rebeca nos lo solucionaba (la tele, el microondas...) pero es lo malo de ir los primeros, que vemos todos los fallos! La situación muy buena, perfecta para ir con perro con un jardín y un huerto para ocupar el tiempo libre! Recomendable si quieres descansar, ya que no está en zona de bares. Con el campo de golf enfrente.

How do damage deposits work?
