The Cà degli Armati complex is located in the historic center of Noale just 5 minutes walk from the railway station (25 minutes by train to Venice). Residence Ca 'degli Armati, built in the medieval period near the district where the soldiers were staying, has recently renovated holiday apartments. Just 25 minutes by train from the historic center of Venice, Residence Cà degli Armati is located in a strategic position for visiting all the most important art cities of the Veneto region, as well as many charming smaller towns. The structure offers a splendid and evocative view (in front of it stands the ancient Rocca dei Tempesta). The apartment is available for 4 people and consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen-dining area, 1 king-size double bedroom with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 sofa bed with ergonomic mattress for 2 people in the living room. Services: free wi-fi, flat-screen color TV, heating, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, iron, bed linen, towels and free parking. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Giancarlo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
