This apartment is on the 14th floor has a balcony overlooking a part of the Guanabara bay with Corcovado and Sugar Loaf in the background. The service area has a view of a portion of Guanabara Bay including Rio-Niterói Bridge. It is completely furnished including washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, TV Flat 32 inch SMART (linked on the internet) as well as pick up all the normal channels through the normal connected to the wall antenna. It includes secure garage in the building and has air conditioning in 2 bedrooms. It has concierge service 24 hours and maintenance care and cleaning carried out by the same person doing the check in and check out. It is close to some urban beaches such as Icaraí, the Flexas Beach, Boa Viagem Beach and half an hour drive from the beautiful ocean beaches as Ipiratininga, Camboinhas, Itaquatiara, Itaipu. It has 2 bathrooms, one full and one with only private. We have bed linen and bath. It is an apartment of 72 m2. The smaller bedroom also has air conditioning and a bed duplex (drawer type) for 2 people. It is close to EVERYTHING .... shopping center, restaurants, super markets, hospital, pharmacy, bakeries, etc ... On the building side has a very good home cooking service in price on quality and hygiene, in fact throughout neighborhood Ingá Niterói are restaurants for every taste. It is located in a university district, that is, many universities (UFF). It is 500 meters from the famous Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC) designed for even more famous architect Oscar Niemeyer. The living room is connected to the kitchen type "American" that can be used as a dining table or bar.
