From the owner

The Lemon Tree is part of a small exclusive development that nestles amongst pine trees and olive groves. In an elevated position, 200mts from the beach but with glorious views overlooking the islands of Skorpios, (Owned by the Onsasis family) and Meganissi.
Situated in sought after area of Perigiali but within a three minute drive of the pretty port town of Nidri with its tavernas and coffee bars. The beautiful fishing port of Sivota is a easy twenty minute drive away and its tavernas offer locally caught fish. Vassiliki is a further ten minute drive and more suited to water sports, sailing and some surfing. The island of Lefkada is one of the few Greek Islands that remains green all year round and is covered by pine forests, olive, lemon and orange groves. The village of Karia lies in the mountains at the heart of the island and offers food and hospitality in the traditional village square which is shaded by mature trees.
The house is situated on the east of the island and enjoys calm sheltered waters, clean beaches of small mini pebbles set back in rocky inlets. On the west coast of the island you will find dazzling clear blue waters rolling up onto white sandy beaches.
The house is well appointed and decorated / furnished in a contemporary modern theme. The main town of Lefkas is architecturally and culturally influenced by its Venetian links in history. The only thing the island does not have is drunken out of control people so a laid back holiday in beautiful settings is assured. The island is served by the local airport "Aktion, Preveza" May to October and the drive to the house is a easy enjoyable affair of 40 minutes. (No ferries to catch) Built in 2010 the house meets all the latest EU building regulations but built sympathetically to reflect the natural stone traditional houses.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If GAZIS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
