LIVING AREA: Enter the main entrance and walk down the corridor to find a contemporary cosy living room. A comfortable grey sofa waits to seat up to three people. Its red pillows pleasantly brightening up the room along with light wood floors, and a smoothly finished cabinet. The seating area is completed with two stand-alone armchairs and a modern coffee table. A flat screen TV rests on the wooden cabinet, equipped with a DVD player and entertainment unit. With white walls, soft tones, and tall windows, the space is bright and airy.

Note: The sofa can also be transformed into a double 125cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 5 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 5 people comfortably.

KITCHEN: The open-plan kitchen has everything you could possibly need – microwave, oven, half-sized fridge, dishwasher, sink and ceramic stove top/ hob. A small table with seats for four offers an alternative dining solution to eating at the breakfast bar with two comfortable designer stools. Compact, and complete, this kitchen is just right and fits in perfectly with the style of the apartment.

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms have central air conditioning and heating with high quality spring mattresses. The Master bedroom offers a plush Double (140cm) sized bed. A flat screen TV features on the wall opposite, for lazy lie-ins and the heavy purple curtains will most certainly block out the sun, for that little extra-undisturbed sleep. Find two bedside cabinets with reading lamps, and large closet to fit your belongings. The full-length mirror featuring on the closet makes the room feel extra spacious.

The Twin room offers two single beds (90cm), ideal for friends or children. The beds may also be pushed together to make a British Super King sized bed of 180cm. It is a compact bedroom featuring stripy pillows, a large closet, and two bedside reading lights.

BATHROOMS & WC: The bathroom is on the left just after the main door. Stylishly decorated in natural tones of green and brown tiles and luxurious marble, it is perfectly appointed with a large walk-in shower, toilet, mirror and sink.

PARTICULARS: Small high balconies. Safe for children, not large enough to sit out on.

RENTAL RATES NOTES:

Payments to be made by PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFER

-- French stay tax will be added on top.

--Nightly rate is quoted for a week stay or more, under a week nightly will be more.

-- Should you stay less than a week, the nightly price will be HIGHER, in order to cover the basic costs of turnover: linens, clean, M&G, etc.

--Should you want to stay 1 month or longer, the weekly rate will be reduced by 35%. EXCEPT SUMMER.

INCLUDED

-- 1 set of LINENS per bed and 1 set of TOWELS per person is INCLUDED IN PRICE, extras can be ordered at additional costs.

-- Clean before and after your stay INCLUDED in price. (We ask you leave the apartment tidy on your departure-- dishes clean & put away, furniture in it's place, fridge cleared and bins thrown out.) We will sanitize the apartment and linens after your departure.

-- CHECK IN at 4pm (We will try to accommodate early check in when possible.)

-- CHECK OUT at 10:30am (We will try to accommodate early check out when possible.)

--BEACH TOWELS are available in the apartment, but must be left cleaned ready for next guest. Otherwise a supplement of 15€ per towel will be charged via cc on your departure.

EXTRAS

--Extra BED LINEN, 43€, must be ordered if using a sofa bed, payable by cash on arrival

--Extra 2 BATH TOWELS, 15€, payable by cash on arrival

--Extra MID STAY CLEAN, 30€/45€/60€ (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom), payable cash on arrival

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

We will collect information on a current credit card, on your arrival, as your security deposit. Please have one ready.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

PLEASE TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE it is the surest way to gain monies back in extraordinary, unfortunate circumstances, not only for apt rentals, but hotels, flights, and any other bookings you may make for your travels.

-- Booking longer than 8 weeks ahead of stay, 25% non-refundable booking deposit required.

-- Booking under 8 weeks ahead of stay, Full Payment required (minus a cash arrival fee to be paid during handover of keys).

-- 25% Booking deposit NON-REFUNDABLE

-- Cancellation over 35 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded;

-- Cancellation over 21 days before arrival, 25% will be refunded.

-- Any bookings cancelled at 21 days or less lose all monies.

Refunds can only be made by direct payment back to the credit card they were received from.

Should you need to claim lost monies through your insurance company, we will assist where we can.

Rue Alphonse Karr is easily one of the most sought-after streets in Nice. A fantastic central neighbourhood, the Carre d'Or hosts the finest luxury boutiques in the area. It runs parallel to the main shopping street, avenue Jean Medecin. With plenty of shopping opportunities, modern malls, coffee shops and juice bars, it makes an ideal shopping escapade. Karré Blanc is extremely central, five to ten minutes walk from the train and bus station.
