Welcome to my holiday home in the center of Nice, in Rue Massenet.

I hope to be helpful in the description that I present to you.

Apartment of about 40 square meters in the center of Nice, RUE MASSENET 9 / B, in an elegant building with elevator, video surveillance, just 50 meters from the sea, adjacent to the Promenade des Anglais.

The house is located in a well served area, full of shops, restaurants with national and international cuisine, pizzerias, fast food, market, boutiques, car rentals, taxis, transport, bus, bus line, etc .... ideal for spending a wonderful holiday both in summer and winter.

RUE MASSENET crosses the promenade, the Promenade des Anglais, the pedestrian area, ideal place for shopping, to walk safely in complete safety and tranquility, in the absence of cars and motorcycles, with shops, trendy bars, restaurants, pizzerias, boutiques, art galleries, etc ...

In 10 minutes walking you reach Place Massena, the central square of Nice, central reference to reach any area of ​​Nice.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with completely internal exposure, quiet and peaceful.

The building is modern, equipped with concierge and elevator: as soon as you enter the apartment you are in the living area in the living room with open kitchen.

In the living room there is a large sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 people.

The living room is very bright, with a large window and a French door that leads to the balcony.

In the bedroom there is a wardrobe, a double bed for 2 persons, two bedside tables, a French door that leads to the balcony.

In the bathroom there is a long tub and a corner shower, a toilet, a sink.

The balcony can be accessed both from the living room and from the bedroom.

The balcony is about 4 square meters, has a wardrobe, is a small table that can accommodate up to 3 people.

The exposure of the apartment is totally internal, very quiet and peaceful.

In the living room there is a large double sofa bed, while in the bedroom there is another double bed.

The apartment can accommodate up to a max. of 4 people.

The whole apartment is well equipped: in the dining area, available to guests there is a well-stocked kitchen, equipped and equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, a washing machine, a fridge, freezer, an electric hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron.

The sleeping area is complete with linen for both beds, both for summer and winter: pillows, sheets, blankets, duvets are always available to guests.

Guests always have at their disposal 4 small towels and 4 large towels for the shower, as well as a hairdryer.

In the living room there is a 32 inch LCD TV for the reception of about 200 international channels.

In the living room there is air conditioning with hot / cold programming.

Throughout the apartment you can connect to the internet wi-fi for free with fiber optics.

At guests' disposal there is the necessary products for daily cleaning of the apartment, as well as an electric broom, convenient for a quick cleaning of the parquet floor.

The apartment does not have a garage and parking space: for those who use the car and want a parking space for their car, there are many solutions of car parking in the immediate vicinity of the house, guarded 24 hours a day, both covered and all open, usable with hourly / daily or weekly rate.

Throughout the center of Nice and in the immediate vicinity of Rue Massenet, there are many covered and guarded car parks, accessible 24 / 24h, with hourly, daily or weekly rates (the closest to Rue Massenet is about 150 meters).

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
