A beautifully renovated modern home in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away from the sea. Perfect base for all local and regional beaches in the summer and great for those mountain and ski lovers in the winter that would like to enjoy a day in the snow and an evening by the sea.The kitchen and living area are open plan. The apartment is very bright and spacious, located on the 5th floor of a well maintained building with lift. Plenty of light flooding in through large windows which looks out onto a lovely view of buildings, palms trees and blue skies.

In the living room there is a large white corner sofa, a grey console table holding a 40 inch flat screen TV. There are plenty of home comforts including books, CDs, games and maps, easy reclining chair - a great little place to enjoy reading a book.

The large white dining table seats six and outside on the balcony there is another decent sized wicker table with four matching chairs.

Nice

Quiet neighbourhood in Nice, great location, well served with shops, bakeries etc.

The neighbourhood is well served with bus lines and Velo bleu stations.

The train station is only about 10 minutes away, connecting Nice to other corners of the stunning Cote d'Azur and great for those wanting to explore beyond Nice.

We are also happy to arrange taxi pick ups and transfers ( from the Airport and back) for all our guests if they need assistance. As well as assisting you with booking fun packed tours around the region.

The nearest Car Park to the apartment is Parking Palmeira at 47 Rue Saint-Philippe - only a short 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Weekly rates around 84 euros, 5 nights rates around 56 euros, for more information please search Palmeira Parking and visit their website.
