Situated in an extremely desirable location beside the port and just 280m from Place Garibaldi and 300m from Nice Port, Old Town and the sea, this comfortable, quiet, sunny and very spacious modern two-bedroom air-conditioned apartment features a terrace and communal landscaped gardens and wifi (included). Also benefitting from a fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, bathroom and separate additional lavatory.

You can take the tram directly from outside the airport to the old Port of Nice, the last stop on the line. This is a 30 minute journey with nice views of the location you will be enjoying. You will find the apartment a few minutes walk from your final tram stop on the port in one of the most prestigious buildings in the area. You can admire the yachts, enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants, take a stroll along the Promenade des Anglais and walk to the beach and around the old town.

You will be delighted to find yourself in a modern well-equipped and very spacious apartment (95m2), with secure access within the old Port of Nice. The apartment overlooks pretty courtyards on both sides making it very quiet and benefits from being on the 5th floor with a lift (also a disability lift on the ground floor).

The living/dining room has two comfortable sofas, a large dining table for indoors eating plus desk and coffee table.

The sunny south facing terrace overlooks a peaceful courtyard. Table and chairs, spacious enough for 4 people to eat comfortably (if you can bear to stay away from the restaurants!).

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of equipment/utensils for cooking and another small kitchen table & chairs.

Bedroom one is the master bedroom with a lovely king size bed and chest of drawers to store your clothing.

Bedroom two has a single and a double bed and still plenty of room. There is also a chest containing a variety of beach items that guests are welcome to borrow.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a lavatory, sink and mirrored cabinets. There is also a second separate lavatory and sink.

You will find fresh bed linen & towels and a starter pack of necessities such as soap and loo roll and slippers. We provide a meet and greet organised for your arrival.

Check in time is 15.00 and check out time is 11.00. Should you wish an earlier or later check in we will try our best to accommodate you, depending on timings for other guests. For late arrivals between 20.30-23.00 there is a late arrival fee of 30 euros. If you have any requests to make your stay extra special, please contact me and I will be happy to help.

This is a special apartment because it is not a commercial let. It is my second home and I rent it to guests as I'm not there all the year round. You will be able to experience life in Nice and I hope enjoy my home like I do. All I ask is that you take care of it. There will be my personal items stored in my apartment, but you will also be able to make it your home whilst you are staying.

For guests who wish to visit nearby towns, Villefranche-sur-mer is 5 km from the property, while Monaco is 18 km away. The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 10 km away and a nearby tram service to and from the airport. There are excellent transport links to these destinations.

Our family of four including two children, 10 and 12 spent a delightful five days at this lovely apartment. The apartment is extremely spacious and well located being close to the port and the beach, as well as the many shops and attractions of Nice. I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly, it was a great experience staying there.

How do damage deposits work?

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
