Contemporary furnished 1 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor with lift in a brand new building, on Boulevard Gambetta, one block away from the Promenade des Anglais and the landmark Negresco Hotel and only 5 minutes from Hi Beach. This apartment is suitable for a single visitor or a couple seeking some downtime or a quiet break in a popular residential district of Nice. Access to and from Nice Airport is extremely easy with the 98 bus stop a few minutes away on the Promenade. Floor area approximately 40m2.

The apartment is newly constructed (2013) and is fully equipped with a flat screen television with cable channels, complimentary WiFi, a microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and a toaster. A fitted fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher and an electric oven is also installed. The apartment is extremely quiet, and also convenient for self-catering visitors, being close to 4 large supermarkets.

The apartment is extremely quiet, and also convenient for self-catering visitors, being close to 4 large supermarkets.

For the warmer summer months, the apartment is equipped with a cool air system, which you could regulate a precise and comfortable temperature. There is also a small outdoor cafe style table and chair on the balcony. The balcony looks internally into a courtyard with adjacent apartments and receives good natural light.

Secure underground car parking is chargeable extra if you require at 50 Euros a week or 10 Euros per day. Please request on booking.

Please note the following :

1. Rental include linen and towels.

2. Check in time is between 17:00 and 19:00 at our local agent's office close by. If you arrive early, you may leave your bags with them. Please note that there is a late arrival surcharge after office hours, eg. 20 € after 19H ☐ 30 € after 20H ☐ 40 € after 21H ☐ 50 € after 22H ☐ 100 € after 23H

3. On arrival, a check in procedure and welcome pack will be given to you by our local agents. They will also process a damage deposit authorisation hold on your credit card for the duration of your stay with us.

4. A final cleaning cost of 65 Euros is payable on check-in to our local agent.

5. All visitors must pay a tourist tax to the local authority, of 1 Euro per day per adult. This is collected by the agent at check-in.

Assistance is always at hand if you need recommendations to restaurants, local places to visit etc. Our local Nice agents are fully geared to provide a concierge service.

We'd like our guests to make themselves totally at home in our apartment, and have provided all modern conveniences and items that we would like to have during your stay.

The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region

Nice, the regional capital of the Cote-d'Azur is convenient to visit because of it's excellent international airport serving many local, regional and international flights, and the A8 motorway, linking Marseille, Cannes, St.Tropez, and Monaco and beyond. The city is famous for its relax atmosphere, with the elegant and impressive Promenade des Anglais stretching like a crescent moon against the deepest blue sea.

The city is easily walkable, and the must-see areas include the Old Town (Vieux Nice) with it's narrow streets and alleys, churches and squares, art galleries, the Matisse museum and the brilliant Cours Saleya open air market strewn with cafes and restaurants, the main draw of the city.

The region is filled with amazing hill towns like St Paul de Vence, and Grasse, as well as the more famous beach resorts of Antibes, Cagnes sur Mer, Monte Carlo and Beaulieu sur Mer, all easily reached by the excellent public transport or by car.
