5 beautiful, modern apartments in Nice with south-facing terrace in a quiet location. Just 700 meters from the beach of the Promenade des Anglais. The new building is located in an absolutely quiet cul de sac and has 5 almost identical state-of-the-art apartments with their own south-facing terrace. This offers the opportunity to travel with friends or family and yet to have his intimacy. Our apartments Elisa 2 and Elisa 6 are between 35 m² and 40 m² and have a mezzanine (open gallery) with a double bed. Also at the bottom of a double sofa bed. Apartments 1 and 3 to 5 are between 23 and 27 m² in size. All our apartments are very bright with fully equipped kitchenette and state of the art bathroom with shower. A comfortable double pull-out couch (1.40 mx 2.00 m) for 2 people. In addition, each apartment has a quiet south-facing terrace. All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning. For the apartments 1, and 3 to 6 please bring a 3rd person airbed or request it from us. Laundry bookable on request (15 Euro / person) Additional costs (electricity, water etc.) 3,50 Euro / night or 15,00 Euro / week Towel and linen package 15,00 Euro / person Pet once 15,00 Euro All our Apartments are non-smoking apartments. Why can't I call Anja (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anja (the owner) a message.

If Anja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
