5 wunderschöne, hochmoderne Neubau-Ferienwohnungen in Nizza mit Südterrasse in absolute ruhiger Lage. Nur 700 m vom Strand der Promenade des Anglais.

Der Neubau liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Sackgasse und verfügt über 5 fast identische hochmoderne Appartements mit eigener Südterrasse.

Hierdurch bietet sich die Möglichkeit mit Freunden oder Familie zu reisen und doch seine Intimität zu haben.

Unsere Apartments Elisa 2 und Elisa 6 sind zwischen 34 m² und 38m² gross und verfügen über eine Mezzanine (offene Empore) auf der sich ein Doppelbett befindet. Außerdem im unteren Bereich eine Doppel-Schlafcouch.

Die Appartements 3,4 und 5 sind zwischen 23 und 27 m² groß.

Alle unsere Apartments sind sehr hell, mit komplett ausgestatteter Küchenzeile und hochmodernem Bad mit Dusche. Eine bequeme Doppelausziehcouch (1,40 m x 2,00 m) für 2 Personen. Außerdem hat jedes Appartement eine ruhige Südterrasse. Alle unsere Appartements sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Bei den Apartments 1, und 3 bis 6 bitte handelt es sich um Studios für 2 Erwachsene + 1 Baby/Kleinkind welches in einem Babybett schlafen kann. In keinem Fall können wir 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene + Kind, welches ein "normales" Bett braucht, beherbergen.

Alle unsere Wohnungen sind Nichtraucher-Appartements. Auf der Terrasse ist das Rauchen selbstverständlich erlaubt.Wohlerzogene, nicht bellende und nicht bissige Hunde sind auf Anfrage ebenfalls Willkommen. Barbecue verboten.

Anreise von 14.00 - 18.00 Uhr (montags bis samstags). Abreise ab 08.00 Uhr. Nach 18.00 Uhr oder vor 08.00 Uhr sowie an Sonntagen können wir Sie nicht empfangen/verabschieden. (Wir haben hierfür einen Concierge-Service, der Sie zwischen 18:00 und 20:00 Uhr für einen Aufpreis von 30,00 Euro, zwischen 20:00 und 22:00 Uhr für 50,00 Euro, bei Abreise vor 08:00 Uhr 30,00 Euro und An- und Abreise am Sonntag je 50,00 Euro empfängt/verabschiedet). Anreise nach 22.00 Uhr nur in Ausnahmefällen 70,00 Euro

All our apartments are Non smoking apartments. On the terrace, smoking is of course permitted.

Well-behaved, not barking and not biting dogs are on request also welcome. Babecue forbidden.

Les chiens bien élevés, non aboyant et non mordant sont bienvenue sur demande. Barbecue interdit

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Anja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
