This spacious, 2-bedroom, dual aspect apartment has fantastic views over the sea and the Port of Nice. From here you can enjoy the cafes and restaurants of the Old Town or just sit and watch the ships passing by from your balcony!
The apartment is approximately 85 sq metres and comprises of a spacious living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate WC, a large balcony and a secure outside parking space.

The apartment is set on the 5th floor (with a lift) within a well-kept residence, and is just 50 metres from the shops and 100 metres from the sea.

Living room: is very large and bright and has fantastic dual-aspect views over the Port of Nice. It has large glazed doors opening out to a balcony where you can sit and watch the boats go by whilst enjoying your lunch! The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas (one is a sofa bed for 2 people), a coffee table, a TV (International/English channels), a video player and a Hi-Fi.
Dining room: is included within the living room and has a table and chairs for 8 people.
Kitchen: is open plan to the living room and is separated by a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The contemporary kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and dining and has an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a coffee machine. In the hall cupboard there is an iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms: there are 2 good-sized double bedrooms. One has a double bed 160x200cm and the other 140x200cm. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
Bathrooms: there is one large bathroom, which is well appointed with a corner bath, a hair washer, a shower and double washbasins. There is also an independent WC.

Outside: there is a good-sized, south-facing balcony with a large table and two chairs. It gets the sun most of the day and has fantastic views over the port, Mont Boron and the sea. The apartment has one private exterior parking place.
Swimming pool: is not available here, but then you do have the beaches and the sea on your doorstep!

Sightseeing is endless; you have the historical old town of Nice; the restaurants and yachts in the port of Nice; a stroll along the Promenade des Anglais; the views from the Chateau of Nice; the Museums of Art in Nice; the animals & plants at Parc Phoenix; the charming Mediterranean towns of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer; the zoo and coastal walk around Cap-Ferrat; the perched village at Eze; the casinos and port of Monaco; and the Italian border town of Menton. It is also possible to cross over the border to experience the flavour of Italy!
Other entertainment includes shopping, the casinos & nightlife of Nice, boat trips, cinemas, wine tasting, helicopter rides, or just good old relaxing on the beach!
Local shops can be found just 50 metres away, a boulangerie 100 metres, a supermarket 150 metres and a wonderful restaurant on the sea front just 20 metres. You also have a great selection of restaurants to choose from all around the port area and in the nearby 'old town of Nice. There is a great choice of shopping in the department stores, the designer shops and gift shops of Nice.
Local markets are held in Nice and Villefranche. The most well known is held in the ‘Cours Saleya’ in Nice, adjacent to the old town, and offers an array of olives, flowers and fresh produce. There is also an antiques market held here on a Monday.
Sporting activities in the area are abundant– there is sailing, diving, fishing, water sports, jogging and rollerblading along the Promenade des Anglais, and of course the beaches. You are also in very close proximity to the mountains and hills of the Alpes Maritimes region here, which makes walking and cycling very popular.
Beaches can be found just 50 metres away at the Plage Nautique, and right along the front of Nice, as far as the airport. From here you can enjoy the sunshine glittering on the azure blue waters of the Med, watch the many boats crossing the ‘Baie des Anges’, and see the planes and helicopters coming in and out of the airport.
The ski stations of Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron are approximately 1 hour’s drive away if you fancy a couple of days winter sports!
Getting around is very easy from here. You have the bus and train services, which have a great network along the coast and further inland - the nearest bus stop to this apartment is 20 metres away. A car is really not necessary here, however there is a parking space provided.

"One of the best locations in Nice"
Large airy flat with fantastic views across the Promenade des Anglais to the airport and to Mont Boron in the other direction. Great views of the entrance to the port with every type of yacht/ferry/motor yacht/fishing boat passing by. Good restaurant and mini supermarket under the building , along with a dozen other restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Very helpful and friendly lady who checks one in and out of the apartment.

The apartment has, in our opinion, one of the best views in Nice, with Mont Boron to the left, the Chateau to the right, the Promenade des Anglais in the distance and the entrance to the harbour in front. Below the apartments is a good and friendly restaurant and an excellent small store. The living space is excellent though the bedrooms are quite basic. Another loo would be helpful, if 4 people were staying there.

We had a great holiday, Paul answered any question before we travelled and Sandra met us at the apartment to welcome us to the apartment and showed us round. Excellent service and we will be booking with this company again and will also be back at this apartment Excellent location Have already recommended to friend

"Apartment Euphorbe our best yet."
My wife and I took our son @ daughter in law away with our grand children.Always a worry when booking yourself,but I did,nt allow for Paul Rhodes who was fantastic kept me informed all along the way and was the only person ever to get in touch to ask if we had a good holiday.We are already in discussions for next years holiday.

Overlooking the port facing south, what a great location for this two bedroom well appointed fifth floor apartment (with a lift). The port is a great place to stay in Nice, away from the madding crowds, plenty of restaurants on your doorstep and an easy walk into old Nice. An added bonus is off street parking if you are silly enough to have car in Nice. We found it convenient to drive to the apartment, park and drop off luggage before returning hire car same day.
