Large, modern, comfortable and cosy apartment ( 105 m² ) of 3 bedrooms, totally refurbished and refurnished in 2006 which sleeps up to 9 people ( and we can have you free a bed for baby )

2 bathrooms, 2 wc, a great kitchen, 1 living, 3 bedrooms( with a 1 small with bunk bed ) , private lift........at the 5 th and last floor. Its neverending terraces ( 95 m² ) will offer you on the front splendid views all over the city and the sea, on the back, views of the hills and the mountains. The bathroom with the view of the sea has been totally refurbihed in 09/2007.

If you want to be next to the sea in a 2 rooms apartment, 7th floor for 6 people, you can try also n° 1372880

Less than 10 minutes walk you ' ll reach the beach ( Promenade des Anglais ). Walking along and all around a myriad of all kind of restaurants of different food where you ' ll eat on terrace around the clock. In the surrounding streets plenty of food

The rental rate does not include bed-linen & bath towels ( 10 € each people ) and cleaning service ( 50 € for 5 hours of labour ).

A 40% down payment is required at the time of booking and the remaining ( 60% ) on arrival.

A security deposit of 500 € is required which is refunded within two weeks of your departure, assuming no damages have been incurred.

Location from Saturday to Saturday on hight season and Xmas / New year. Flexible, the other months.

Bookings within for weeks period require full payment.

You can enjoy the lavender fields, local markets, walking through the hills, the mountains ( less than one hour drive)....

You can go to the Opera, Jazz, Museums ( Chagall, Asiatic, MAMAC and so many more... ).
Spending lively nightlife, walking through the VIEUX NICE ( old Nice) and its famous market and places, roller blading down the Promenade des Anglais, taking a Riviera boat trip visiting the Iles de Lerins.
Ten minutes walk away the railwaystation 'll lead you to Monaco, Menton, Cannes, Saint Tropez, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Vintimille ( Italy ) in less than 30 minutes.
Regular buses 'll lead you to Grasse, Saint Paul de Vence ..........
In winter, in one hour drive, you 'll ski !!!
In Winter the CARNAVAL de NICE ( February ), la FETE DU CITRON in MENTON ( February ), in May le GRAND PRIX DE MONACO, le FESTIVAL DE CANNES, le TOURNOI DE TENNIS DE MONACO, and why not ? all around the year a trip to CORSICA see boat on pictures, or to VENICE by car ( directly by motor way ) or by buses .

“Fantastic setting, lovely landlord”

Enjoyed the view, and the very airy and spacious apartment. Had a fantastic time on the Boris bikes riding up & down the prom.

We were met by the extremely helpful owner who showed us around the apartment and explained all the facilities and functions within the apartment. The apartment really does have everything you need - even a washing machine! And it is true - the views from the spacious terraces are spectacular! It is located a little further back from the front but is still only a reasonable (hilly) walk to the seafront and town. The owner pointed out the best routes for the main areas and even the supermarkets. The other benefit is that it is relatively near the train station (approx 15-20 min walk) so exploring the other nearby places such as Monaco and Cannes is relatively easy. There were plenty of good places to eat in town such as small cafes and brasseries and if you want something a bit special then you should visit La Maison de Marie which is tucked off the High Street at 5 Rue Massena. I would highly recommend this apartment especially if there are a lot of you as it is spacious and comfortable and with the number of bedrooms and terraces there is always somewhere to spend some relaxing quiet time! Thanks for a lovely holiday
