Centrally situated, bright, spacious and comfortable, this self catering 1 Bedroom (King Bed) home is only 5 mins to the beach & Promenade. Close to the city centre, tram station and all amenities with a choice of supermarkets nearby. Its just the perfect location!

This homely self catering 1Bed apartment is a real gem, situated in the central residential Fleurs district where you can live like a local! A far cry from the uniform blandness of holiday apartments, this one is light, bright and spacious with buckets of French charm and period features and is a real home from home on the French Riviera.

All rooms open out from the terrazzo floored entrance area. The Living room and Bedroom have parquet floors and both have French doors (with shutters) opening onto Juliette balconies overlooking mature gardens.

The Living area has comfortable seating with an LED Flat screen TV. The bistro table, placed in front of the French doors and Juliette balcony enjoys the view of the gardens below. A varied selection of books and DVD's are at your disposal. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment

The spacious Bedroom benefits from having double exposure (French doors at the front and a window at the back) allowing a cooling breeze to flow through and has a comfortable King size bed. A small 1.5 linear meter step out balcon outside the French doors has a garden view. Good storage space provides plenty of room to house your holiday wardrobe.

The Kitchen is well equipped with plenty pots, delf, cutlery, glassware and utensils so its no problem to cook a gastronomical delight, should you wish to take a break from all the fabulous restaurants that Nice has to offer.

The Bathroom is large and spacious and has the luxury of a bath as well as an overhead raindrop shower, toilet, sink and mirror area. There are also cabinets and shelves to hold your toiletries during your stay.

All rooms have frontage on the building with either full length French doors or large windows so this is an extremely bright living space. This apartment is just the ideal central location to base your holiday from. Its close to everything but still manages to be out of the late night revelry and hustle and bustle of the bars, cafes and nightclubs so it is quieter in the evening / night time than apartments in the Pedestrianised Zone or the Old Town.

Please be aware that this is a city centre apartment and there will inevitably be some traffic/city noise. We like to try think of everything to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so for those guests who are not used to city life, ear plugs are provided!

Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for people with restricted mobility as it is on the third floor and the building (like a lot of buildings in Nice) has no lift.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL 100 EURO SERVICE FEE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL to the apartment managers. This Service Fee includes your meet & greet and apartment introduction. It also covers utilities, end of stay cleaning and the provision and professional laundering of a set of cotton bed linen & towels. A welcome/starter pack of Nice'essities! Is provided. Bottled water and a starter supply of tea, sugar, condiments, cleaning products, washing powder, soap and toilet paper.

The apartment managers hours are 8am to 8pm. Earlier/later arrivals not within these hours will be accommodated but will levy a small surcharge payable directly to the apartment managers. 20 to 22hrs, 20 euros. 22hrs to midnight, 30 euros. After midnight, 50 euros.

The security deposit will be collected and held by TripAdvisor. They will return it approx 10 working days after checkout provided no damage has been done to the apartment or its contents, or there has been no smoking or pets in the apartment.

We want you to relax and enjoy the apartment as much as we do, all we ask is that you treat it as you would your own home. It is also part of a private residential building and we request that the noise and waste disposal regulations of the building are observed. Most other residents are not on holidays, they work and wish to sleep peacefully. so out of respect for them, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Thank you!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jemma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
