Superb apartment in superb location in Nice, 'Old Town'. Air conditioned. In the heart of the 'Old Town', you have it all. Restaurants, shops, bars, famous Flower Market 'Cours Saleya' and more! Only a 3 minute walk to the beach and promenade. On 3rd Floor of a 16th century Nicoise building. Please note there is no elevator. Large, 93sq Meter/1000sq feet, spacious and airy offering all the comforts of home. Fully equipped. Separate WC-great perk for several guests ;) The apartment is situated on a side street with no through traffic. There are over 3 meter high ceilings and over 2 meter high windows letting the sun shine in and giving a true open and bright setting. There are double/double pained windows in the bedrooms offering comfort and a restful nights sleep. A must and a luxury in the Old Town! Our apartment offers true comfort, but just a step outside and you have it all at your feet!

The living area is spacious with a large couch and 2 chairs along with a dining table. The bedrooms have double -double pained windows to offer a quiet restful night sleep even in the midst of the summer buzz of "Old Town". A true luxury in the Old Town.

“Great apartment - Great location”

My friends and family stayed in Tracy's lovely apartment in September and truly enjoyed it! The apartment was spotless, comfortable and spacious. The pictures did not do it justice! We have stayed in the Old Town of Nice several times over the years and this was the best apartment yet. There are double/double pained windows in the bedrooms which are a blessing and really add to the comfort of the apartment. The location could have not been better. It is for sure in the best part of Nice where you really have everything from restaurants/bars, shopping etc. We very much look forward to staying at Tracy and her family's apartment again! Tracy is a very kind, respectful and professional host and we look forward to being in contact again. Best regards, Marc and guests
