Description

In the city center but an impression of campaign, in a residence reassured 24/24, superb studio of 33m2 on the 3rd floor, with south displayed terrace giving a very beautiful sight on sea, without person opposite. Airco. Renovated and equipped kitchen (vitroceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee percolator, croque, juicer, electric kettle, toaster). The living room opening onto a large bay window is very bright (electric shutter). It is equipped with a sofa bed in white leather (mattress 160x198) with rapido opening system, high quality. Television, DVD player, stereo with IPhone support. The internet in very high speed wifi, as well as the use of the phone within the limits of the package. The entrance hall has a large closet with drawers, shelves and wardrobes (36 ceintres at your disposal). Videophone. The bathroom is equipped with a bath for showers, a sink with furniture and mirror, and toilet. Washing machine. Hair dryer. The terrace with its large planter is facing south, solar tent on its entire length. Private outdoor parking in the condominium. Two bicycles at your disposal in the cellar. Swimming pool just completely renovated in 2018 (and beach mattresses are at your disposal in the cellar) accessible from May 1 to September 30 (open earlier and closed later in seasons depending on climate). Beautiful green spaces in the residence, adjoining a natural park with direct access to opening hours. Access to the residence, possible by 4 portals, 2 for vehicles, 2 for pedestrians, bringing you to the shops, the city center and the Promenade des Anglais to 450 meters only. Cellar available for suitcase (s). Rent 2 nights minimum. Bath towels, bedlinen and optional cleaning against surcharge (s). Arrival from 14:30 and departure before 11:00. “Great view and comfortable stay”

This studio was fine in terms of location,comfort,balcony. It is well-equipped,everything was the same like has been written in the description. We could utilize the parking space a lot and we could reached the coast in a very short and easy way. We absolutely recommend for a couple like us to stay there for a while.
