Shower room: located downstairs, with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with double sofa bed, patio doors, woodburner (first basket of logs included), flatscreen TV, DVD, recording HD box and PlayStation2 with a collection of games. Kitchen: with electric oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility: with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Outside: enclosed patio with seating you are also welcome to explore the land. 4 well-behaved dogs welcome, (please ensure that dogs are kept on a lead, unless in the enclosed garden or exercise field, as the owners have resident cats, sheep and chickens).<br><br>
