There are a wealth of breathtaking coastlines just a short drive away (by road the popular coastal town of Bude being 13 miles from the property), as well as many other beaches and attractions to suit all tastes which include Tamar Lakes, Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor, The Milky Way Adventure Park and The Big Sheep. Slightly further afield, but still within about an hours drive are the North Devon market town of Barnstaple, Dartmoor National Park, historic Tintagel, and Bodmin Moor, making this property an ideal base for exploring some of the highlights of Devon and Cornwall.

Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Additional info: private water supply from a spring. Location: pub and shop 2 miles, beach 10 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.

The delightful converted barn benefits character exposed beams and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large area with woodburner (first basket of logs free), radio/CD player, flatscreen TV, DVD, recording HD box,oven/hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: private enclosed garden with all day sunshine. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome, more by arrangement (please ensure that dogs are kept on a lead, unless in the enclosed garden or exercise field, as the owners have resident cats, sheep and chickens).
