Rocket penthouse is a fabulous luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment .It is located in the iconic Rocket building on Headland road and is a matter of yards from the infamous Fistral beach. The lift brings you directly into this stunning penthouse which is finished to the highest specification and provides a breath taking panoramic sea view from the 360 degree balcony .All of the bedrooms boast a sea view ,with 3 of them enjoying a luxury en-suite bathroom,and having direct access to the balcony, via patio doors. It will boast the latest in indoor entertainment with a Smart 55" 3D TV and blu --ray and the latest PS4 gaming console. It is only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

This will provide a fantastic base for families or couples sharing, to explore Newquay and the surrounding Cornish coastline.There is so much to do, by way of surfing and watersports with all 10 of Newquays beaches close by. Newquay also has plenty of activities for families to do with the Zoo, Aquarium, and various sports facilities such as golf and tennis. In addition to being a short drive to Watergate Bay and the Extreme academy ,not to mention the gastronomic delights of Jamie Olivers' , The Beach Hut and further along the coast in Padstow ,Rick Steins and Paul Ainsworth at No 6.

Dave is your contact if you have any problems and he is a 10 minute drive so very close-by. His phone number is on your information sheet . Entry is by keycode to the front door and then the keys are in the keysafe in the basement. Collect the keys which then slot into the lift which take you to the penthouse. All codes will be sent to you nearer your holiday date.

“Penthouse with the wow factor”

On arrival you where drawn to the views of Fistral beach and the golf course opposite. All 4 bedrooms had flat screen TV's if you wanted time out. 3 out of 4 bedrooms had patio doors opening on to the patio area. We will definitely be going back in the near future if available for our dates.

The apartment was fantastic with beautiful views and great location. The apartment was as good as it looks in the photos. The apartment is perfect for any occasion. 100% recommend, you will not be disappointed. Cathy the owner was very helpful and booking and return of the damage deposit was very smooth. Location is great and the views are amazing. The accommodation is exceptional - it has everything you could need. Loved the wall to floor windows in the bedrooms and the balcony overlooking Fistral Beach. We will definitely be visiting again.

This apartment ticks every box needed for a fantastic holiday in Newquay. Spotlessly clean, modern, great location and extremely well equipped with everything you need whilst looking out over the most amazing views. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly to answer any questions on what you can do whilst in Newquay making planning easy to do. Would not consider booking anywhere else if we where to return to Newquay.

You enter the apartment via a lift directly into the main hall. The lift open into a light, spacious, oasis. The living dining area has amazing views over the beach and is a great place to sit, eat and chat with friends and family. The kids loved the egg chairs and WII and playstation! The bedrooms are again light bright and airy. The main bedrooms and en suite bathroom were huge and had the most amazing views. We had a great time and will most certainly return. The sunset and fireworks were a fantastic finale to the most amazing holiday! Many Thanks

Brilliant apartment with loads of space. Ideal for more than one family as you don't feel on top of each other and each bedroom has their own bathroom. Stunning views and great location next to Fistral Beach. For luxury on your holiday I would highly recommend this apartment. The only downside is having to leave at the end of the holiday.

The experience of staying in the Rocket Penthouse is one that I cannot praise enough. From the stunning 360 view to the comfort , decor and cleanliness of the penthouse it cannot be faulted. I spent most of the time I was in the penthouse taking in the scenery from the really comfortable egg pod chairs. Whatever room you are in ,you have stunning views of beautiful Newquay. Having a storage room for beach gear and a shower in the basement is great as you return from the beach ,you can clean up before heading up in the lift to the penthouse. Communication with Cathy from booking to arrival to leaving was friendly and clear and most welcoming . We will defiantly be staying again and would highly recommend for the perfect holiday.

While not inexpensive, this 4-bdrm. penthouse suite that sleeps 8 met and exceeded our every expectation. Sweeping panoramas of the Newquay harbour, beach, golf course. Ultramodern living room decor, dining room table, kitchen appliances, laundry, and bath/shower facilities... everything works as it is supposed to, enhancing our restful & invigorating vacation. Cannot recommend this fine apartment highly enough, and the owners provided very clear instructions for entry, parking, etc. A real winner, which made our Family's shared holiday time memorable indeed.

We are a party of 8 people who stayed here in May to celebrate a birthday. Upon arrival we were all massively impressed by the location and facilities offered by the accommodation. Not only were the panoramic views amazing, the quality of furnishings in the apartment were everything we could have hoped for. The beach is only 2 minutes walk away and the town centre isn't much further. The correspondence offered by the owners with excellent and did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. It's certainly somewhere we would book again when next visiting Newquay.

Stayed at the Rocket apartment with a large group of couples to see in 2015. We were all stunned by the beautiful views from the apartment, from almost every room you could see the beautiful Cornish Coast! The apartment was very well equipped with modern facilities and we all agreed the world's most comfortable beds, and powerful showers. Not to mention the egg chairs; what a place to spend a cold winters afternoon. The balcony, equipped with a large table and chairs was well used even in December/January! Rocket is conveniently located, a (very) short walk to Fistral beach, Newquay high street and local restaurants and pubs (We enjoyed delicious pizza at The Stable, just to mention one!). It is also a very short drive away from supermarkets. The ONLY thing that let the apartment down was the not so clean balcony glass, what was a spectacular view could have been even more spectacular, apart from that a wonderful stay was had by all. Myself and the rest of my party were all very impressed with Rocket and would be sure to stay again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
