Horizons is perched overlooking Central Newquay ,set back from the town centre, so offers peace away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet is only a 5 minute walk to the famous surfing beaches including Fistral, the cinema,local shops and restaurants.

In addition to the beaches, families will love the indoor facilities with the heated pool which opens onto lovely decking from which to enjoy the view .There is also a gym with a bike and running,rowing and cross training machines. The property is very stylish with modern furniture,beautiful views from the balcony.It would suit adults as well as families

Getting around

Newquay is well serviced with a railway station about a 15 minute walk from the apartment and there is a main bus station in town. Supermarket, Sainsbury is less than a 5minute walk.

Interaction with guest

Hi Check-in is via keysafe . This is outside the underground garage to collect the garage fob then the keys are in a keysafe at the front door.of the apartment. I will send you the codes a month or so before you arrive with an information sheet. I live only 10minutes away so ring me if you encounter any difficulties. As you depart keys and fob go back to their original places.

Booked to visit Newquay with my husband and 2 daughters (4 and 2 years old). The apartment was ideal for us. A short walk to the centre of Newquay, fantastic views overlooking Newquay and the sea. The whole apartment was very clean with all amenities you could want for self catering.The kitchen was well equipped with lots of cooking pans, plates, utensils etc. Our bedroom was comfortable and spacious with a lovely ensuite. My daughters shared the second room. Travel cot was provided so saved us bringing our own and there was enough room to put it in the 2nd bedroom. Parking space provided underground was convenient and the basement pool was a fantastic addition and the kids enjoyed using it. Would highly recommend this apartment and will be sure to stay here if we return to Newquay.

The apartment was amazing, well maintained and ideally placed for sightseeing. Fistral beach was amazing and minutes away from the apartment. Cathy was brilliant and the apartment had everything we needed considering we were travelling with two young kids. I would definitely stay here again.

We have just spent 4 nights at 21 Horizons, our expectations on arrival soon turned to excitement at the quality of the apartment, the view from the lounge area( we could see the surf at Towan) was fantastic ans the Headland Hotel just above Fistral was obvious to the left. So in short the views are phenomenal! The lounge area opened to the kitchen diner, where there is everything available. From a washing machine to dishwasher and a suitably large fridge freezer. Instructions were clear, Cathy P the owner was attentive via the Holiday letting a website/ e mail. The only bug bears and this is being overly fussy( the underground secure parking headroom meant we had to take our surfboards off the car roof in and out, and the pool was very small, gym could do with weights and a service for the running machine) would make the stay an 11/10! Would we recommend and return... absolutely!

Stayed in 21 Horizons for a week and we would recommend it to all. First impressions of the apartment were that is was spacious, clean with excellent views. The security of the building and underground car park gave us peace of mind. Location was good ,walking distance to Sainsburys, bus station and the town centre. Cathy was very helpful and replied promptly to any questions. We used the pool a few times and every time had it to ourselves. We hope to return.

We were looking for somewhere for a long weekend over the Easter break, my friend and I wanted to treat our daughters to a trip to the seaside and thought Newquay would be a good choice as it gave us the opportunity to meet up with old school friends who live in the area. We were all very impressed with the facilities and location. We spent a fair amount of time in the apartment as the girls are still young, so it had to be more than just somewhere to rest our heads. Our friends who live in the area also visited us at the apartment during our stay and they too were impressed with what they saw We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to use it again! Thank you

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and had nice views. Booking, key collection, key return and deposit return were very smooth. Children liked the pool and many beaches were nearby.

We arrived to find the apartment spotless and so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could think of, inc washing up liquid,towels etc, the bedrooms were so comfy and quiet at night, the view was gorgeous it looks right over the beach at Newquay, we couldn't have asked for more, car parking was easy as there is an underground car park and a lift right up to the apartment... Restaurants are within a ten minute walk so it's easy to get an evening meal and there's a supermarket within walking distance, we will definately return .... All in all we had a lovely stay...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
