Lady Bluebell's apartment is a luxury apartment which is part of our Arts and Crafts B Listed house. The apartment has 3 en-suite bedrooms and is suitable for those with mobility problems as well as being pet friendly.

Situated on the ground floor the apartment has bi-fold doors which lead directly on to its own large patio area which has a teak table and chairs that seats 6 - 8 people.

With a large sitting room / dining area / kitchen and lovely large bay window with views on to the back garden with the River Tay in the distance, this apartment is perfect for families and groups.

Full central heating and a wood burning stove make this apartment very cosy in the winter months.

Bedroom one has a superking bed which can be split into twin beds and has an en-suite wet room. Bedroom two has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and bedroom 3 has a king size bed which can be split into twin beds and has an en-suite bathroom.

The apartment is located within the courtyard of a B Listed Arts and Crafts house and has it's own entrance doors to the front and rear. The courtyard is lovely in the summer months and the terrace at the rear of the property is very large and leads onto the garden which has views of the River Tay looking over towards Dundee.

The apartment is only 15 minutes drive from St Andrews and 15 minutes drive from Dundee.

Newport-on-Tay

Lovely, peaceful, countryside views yet only 5 minutes away from the village of Newport-on-Tay.
