A short walk from our local pub with good food and several good family restaurants in the village. Trawler cottage has been designed to make the most of it's stunning sea views and provide a well equipped and comfortable accommodation. The cottage has many unique and character features, to help create a functioning and comfortable accommodation. With a collection of local and personal artwork and books. The cottage has a internal porch ideal for coats and walking and beach stuff. Full central heating & combi boiler which provides hot water as and when you need it. Power shower in shower room downstairs and victorian bathroom upstairs with glorious harbour while you take a relaxing soak in the bath. Wooden floors, granite walls, brick open fireplace make this an ideal holiday home & beach life style. Sofa seating, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with free view channels, DVD player and stereo. Solid oak kitchen and butler sink. Electric oven and hob with extractor hood, washing machine, large family size fridge/freezer. Dining area with traditional solid pine table and chairs. A collection of recipe books and cooking equipment enables you to sample the local produce. Alternative local execellent, family friendly restaurants and pub are a few minutes walk away.Master bedroom has a antique kingsize walnut french bed, with picture window that brings the coastal and harbour views to you. Second pretty bedroom has twin pine beds.

Outside: Garden and Terrace area and to the front of the cottage, making the most of the stunning views and morning sun, Parking is on street or in a small public car park a short walk from the property.Newlyn is within easy reach of the local sandy beaches of Porthcuron and Sennen, great for surfing, body boarding walking or just relaxing. From the house its a short walk to the coastal path that leads you to the village of Mousehole with it’s rocky coast, ideal for fishing, crabbing and beach combing. To the East is Penzance promenade leading to the 1930’s Lido, where in August you can see the local raft race and mile swim, all raising funds to light up the harbour with the Newlyn Christmas lights, and accompanies the August bank holiday Newlyn Fish festival.
