Description

Welcome to The woodlands ,the chalet is a funkily furnished retro retreat .It dates from the 1960s the heyday of British family holidays.I have tried to keep the vintage theme going by using bright and chearful fabrics and some period furniture and lighting,and hopefully making it a memorable and fun place to stay.
The woodlands occupies an elevated position with views over the stunningly restored Roch Castle ,it's a ,safe,tranquil area 2miles from breathtaking Newgale beach,and the world famous Pembrokeshire costal path.The chalet is perfectly situated for exploring the stunning coastline ,. St David's our smallest city is a short drive,with its historical cathedral and bishops palace.Pembrokeshire is littered with stunning villages and towns with interesting shops and good amenities. Newgale is a very popular surf beach which boasts year round waves that attract a large surfing population, also Pembrokeshire now hosts The Red Bull worlds cliff diving championships for

Accommodation Details: Sleeps 4 two double bedrooms, one with massive superking bed other with two singles can supply travelcot .No Pets , but local boarding kennels do provide day release, White lodge kennels .
Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with central heating, digital TV (sky capable bring your box from home ) DVD, CD player, electric oven/hob, fridge, microwave, Door leading to gardens with seating, kids bring your bikes there's lots of room to play and cycle Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC. linen and towels provided, please bring beach towels .

Around the area of Roch there are other numerous attractions. Just less than a 30 minute drive away is Oakwood theme Park, a thrilling park offering rides for all the family, 20 minutes away is the Folly Farm Adventure Park voted the “best family day out in Wales”, giving the family a chance to get close to various animals, and enjoy the beauty of the Pembrokeshire countryside.

Nolton haven riding centre offers horse riding with a difference, and is a perfect way to explore the stunning landscape. Also in the area is the well-known beach resort Tenby, a picturesque seaside town filled with entertainment and holiday activities. Pembrokeshire has so much to offer I could go on and on but the best way to find its treasures is come and explore .

TravelCardiff Airport - 90.8 miles takes 2 hours approx. M4 Cardiff - 85.3 miles takes 1 hour 41 minutes approx. Swansea - 48.2 miles takes 1 hour 12 minutes approx. the nearest city with many of the named High Street shops and leisure facilities. Nearest largest Towns: Carmarthen - 32.9 miles takes 45 minutes approx. Carmarthen has a large shopping centre with most of the supermarkets and many other high street shops and a multi screen cinema. Haverfordwest -6 miles takes 10 minutes approx. Haverfordwest has a large shopping centre with most of the supermarkets and many other high street shops, cinema and Castle. Tenby - 29.3 miles takes 45 minutes approx. Tenby has a mix of shops, with a selection of high street shops. It also has a fantastic array of restaurants and pubs a bustling night life and a number of beautiful sandy beaches to choose from. Narberth - 12 miles takes 30 minutes approx. A busy town with galleries, craft shops and a good selection of retailers. Visitor attractions - The local leisure attractions, Bluestone, Manor House, Heatherton Country Sports Park, Folly Farm, and Oakwood are all within easy reach by car.
