Clarence Court is a stunning one bedroom apartment perfectly located in Newcastle City Centre, less than five minutes from Newcastle Central Station and close to a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is the perfect choice for a romantic weekend away, family holiday or business trip.
Furnished to a very high standard this apartment offers a superb holiday retreat with fine furnishings and a contemporary design throughout, with all the best of a hotel suite with total privacy and the freedom to do everything in your own time.
The apartment has high speed Fibre Optic broadband throughout (38mb estimated download speed) and there is FREE secure parking located directly opposite the development.
Briefly comprising; hallway, open plan kitchen and lounge with balcony, double bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen comes with integrated halogen hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
The apartment is conveniently positioned with Eldon Square Shopping Centre less than a 10 min walk away. The beautiful Edwardian-era Grey Street in Grainger Town, which is home to a variety of eateries, is also less than 10 minutes walk and St James Park, the home of Newcastle United Football Club is located so close you can see if from the apartment balcony.
For guests who prefer to relax, you can unwind on our two soft leather sofas in front of the Samsung Smart TV (40 inch), complete with 20 premium channels including Discovery, National Geographic and BT Sport 1.
Netflix is also available (free of charge) and provides a wide variety of award-winning TV shows, movies, documentaries and more. There is also the full range of "ON DEMAND" channels (BBC I Player, ITV, 4 on Demand and Demand 5), so you've got plenty of TV options available.
We also supply guests with complimentary beverages of tea, coffee, sugar and milk
1. There is compulsory cleaning charge of £40.00 per rental periods less than 1 week, however stay 1 week or more and cleaning is free.
2. There is a supplement of £10.00 per night per guest for bookings of more than two guests. We can supply a fold out bed, complete with bedding which can be set up in the lounge area.
3. There is only one parking space that comes with the apartment. If you are bringing more than one car this is fine, but there will be an extra charge.
4. Short or long stays welcome, business and corporate use, singles, couples, families welcome.
5. No stag night/hen do nor any similar parties as the apartment is located in a residential block.

“Excellent apartment in central Newcastle!”
I stayed 7 weeks at this flat in central Newcastle to help my daughter and son-in-law with their new baby. I loved the apartment and tremendously appreciated the convenient location. The kitchen was very well appointed with modern appliances and pots and pans and utensils that allowed me to cook for my family. The bed was very very comfortable when I was on my own, and equally so when my husband stayed with me for 2 weeks. The small train station grocery stores were very close if I needed an ingredient or a quick take away sandwich. It was only a short walk (5-15 minutes tops) to somewhat larger stores, pubs, restaurants, etc. Steve, the host, was very helpful and responsive to my questions, some of which were based on my just being unfamiliar with British appliances (I'm American). Loved having the smart tv with Netflix, etc. I highly recommend this flat and would stay there again for certain if it were available for a return visit!

Apartment has everything you need, owner very helpful and attentive. Ideal location for city and entertainment. Thoroughly enjoying our stay.
Decided to treat Hubby to a break away. What more could we have asked for?? Home from home comfy cosy everything we needed. Close enough to all amenities but just far enough to not be too noisy. Train station right next door so you don't even need to drive. Have already recommended it to friends Loved the ease of the booking and the simplicity of it all Thank you for everything
