Actually in Gateshead but only a 2 minute walk to The Baltic Atr Centre, The Sage Music Venue and Gateshead College.

Then across the award winning Millennium Bridge to Newcastle Quayside with its vibrant bars, restaurants and city centre shops.

PLEASE NOTE that the apartment is in a quite residential block, therefore we are unable to accept stag or hen parties, or groups of party goers.

My husband and I have recently refurbished this 1st and 2nd floor duplex which is ideally situated for Newcastle Quayside, City Centre, The Gateshead Metrocentre, and it's a stones throw from the Gateshead Sage Music Venue.

It is also a perfect central location for exploring the stunning Northumberland coastline, County Durham and the Roman Wall.

The apartment comes with free secure parking, secure entry and lift access. Alternatively if you are visiting by rail the apartment is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute taxi ride over the High Level Bridge from Newcastle Central Station. It is also a 10 minute taxi ride from Newcastle airport.

The apartment its self is in a residential block, based on the 2nd and 3rd floor and accessed via a lift or stairs. Once inside, the entrance hall has access to a WC, and a door leading to a lounge/dining room with two 2 seater leather sofas, dining table and chairs, and TV with Wi-Fi access.

The attached open plan kitchen, is fully equipped for either home cooking or takeaways.

From the entrance hall there is a flight of stairs leading to two double bedrooms, one has an en suite shower room, and the other has access to a bathroom with shower over the bath.

The double beds are luxury hotel quality, with 600 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton sheets ensuring a good night sleep after a hard days sightseeing or shopping.
