This fantastic barn conversion with a hot tub is surrounded by countryside near Newcastle Emlyn and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Cherry Cottage is a fantastic barn conversion with a hot tub, surrounded by countryside near Newcastle Emlyn. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and a twin room. There is also a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is a small enclosed patio garden and an elevated garden with a hot tub. Off road parking is also available for one car with a visitor parking space. Perfect for small families, Cherry Cottage provides a wonderful base near the coast.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, communal laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cupboard and freezer (one drawer per property). TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair (no cot bedding provided). Allocated off road parking for 1 car, plus 1 visitor space. Secure bike storage on request. Bike washing area. Small enclosed patio garden, plus elevated veranda with a private hot tub for sole use at this cottage. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: There is a small enclosed garden space for pets, however they can be exercised on a lead in the garden to the front of the property.

Surrounding Newcastle Emlyn is beautiful countryside, whilst the rugged Cardiganshire coastline is just six miles away, where you have the opportunity to visit Cardigan Island Farm Park, wonderful sandy beaches, or take a boat trip to spot dolphins and seals at New Quay.
