“Our Little Hide Away..........”

Reviewed 18 Mar 2013

This wonderful lodge Isa, is a very special place to us. It is our escape, a place to relax, chill out and kick back. Our dogs love it here, so much space to run around in, a toasty log burning fire for cosy evenings in after a full day walking the beach or trecking through the nearby woodland. Big panoramic windows with the morning sun beating through ideal for starting the day ready to go off exploring again and the hosts are .......wonderful......they are so welcoming, helpful and think of everything you need for a perfect stay and yet leave you in peace, making you feel like you actually live there!! The furniture is comfy, the place is spotless and the views are amazing. We love it there, but don't tell anyone....... it's only for us to enjoy!

“Great property, excellent location - Perfect for a chilled out week”

Reviewed 17 Dec 2012

We really enjoyed our stay here with our 18 month old daughter, who particularly enjoyed the frequent visits from the friendly farm dogs Shani and Barnaby. A private, clean and comfortable cottage with excellent views and friendly and helpful owners just up at the farm at the top of the drive The only thing we would suggest is a fire guard to stop little ones from venturing too close to the log burner. An easy walk to Newborough forest and beach, where we watched the red squirrels and common lizards in the woodland and nearby Dunes. Went to other parts of Anglesey then realised we were in the best place. Recommend food at nearby camping site/ Marram Grass cafe.

“Lovely cosy cottage in a beautiful location with wonderful views”

Well equipped, modern holiday home in the most lovely location with amazing views across the menai strait to Snowdonia. Great walks through the forest from the doorstep to a beautiful quiet beach. Enjoyed the woodburner ( even though it was supposed to be the middle of summer! ) and managed to enjoy sitting out on the decking enjoying the views and peace and quiet on the odd sunny occasion. Dog and child friendly too. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
