Everything about the stay was great - the host and communication from beginning to end, the apartment block and the apartment itself, the facilities, the area, nice and quiet neighbours. We stayed 5 nights and it allowed us to discover the city as planned! Short walk to a lovely cafe, subway not far only 1 block away really, driving distance also good. The apartment has a nice bathroom, big kitchen with everything you may need in it, two comfortable and a/c'ed bedrooms, very comfortable beds, tvs in both rooms. There is nothing I can fault in this place. We kindly were able to check out later due to a late flight which was amazing, thanks TJ! Would definitely recommend this apartment and the host, for sure! Don't hesitate, just go ahead and book it for yourself!

Response from the manager Unfortunately the heater was shut off by a previous guests that thought it’s too hot, when weather was not as cold, and unless I know about it I can’t fox it.. too bad, could’ve be done in 10 seconds (like I did few days after)! In addition, there are two electric heater (one in each room) just in case something happens to the main heat provided from the building! Disappointing to read this now instead of being told about the easy to fix problem right away as I always tell my guests to let me know if any usury and problem they have immediately.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
