Take a look at our 3 (+1) bedroomed apartment, located right in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre on York Place. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which gives great views over Newtown and the forth bridge [but is 60 or so steps to get up to!] There is also access to nearby Queen Street private gardens - great for picnics.

There is an en-suite master bedroom and a family bathroom with jacuzzi style fittings. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and is well appointed with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, television, DVD and Cable TV. Fast unlimited wifi is also included. All freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided.

The bedrooms 1 and 3 have double beds [bed 3 being fairly compact] , and bedroom 2 has a king-size bed. Bed 4 has 2 quality single Z-beds which would be best for children due to restricted head height. The lounge is semi open plan to the kitchen. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, so seats 6 adults and a dining table which

The apartment will really suit families or sharing couples, and those who really value being right in the heart of the city. The best shops, boutiques, museums, wine bars and coffee shops are all just footsteps away. Princes Street is a 5 minute walk away and Harvey Nichols is just a block away. The apartment is on a major street, but very quiet as it is on the 3rd floor. You will not be disturbed by traffic noise, but have the benefit of being in the middle of the action! A small deposit is required for the key to large private gardens in Queen Street. Check-in time is after 3pm, check-out by 11am. Please note that there is a small additional fee of £20 for a check-in time after 10pm. Just call or email for more information, we are very happy to give you as much information as you need.

“Great apartment, great location, brilliant view.”

Lovely apartment right in the centre of the city, 2 minutes from the tram and only 5 from Waverley station. Top floor apartment, clean and tidy with enough space for everyone (we traveled in a group of 7 adults!), The view from the back of the apartment of Northern Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth is stunning and worth the stay alone. Very friendly service prior to our stay and when we arrived. Highly recommended!

I booked this flat on behalf of a group of friends visiting Edinburgh for my 50th birthday weekend. The flat is ideally located in the New Town near to the train station, shops and attractions, and is extremely comfortable and well appointed. There are wonderful views from the front and back windows. The hosts Anna and Armando were very helpful and answered any queries promptly. I would certainly hope to use this flat again if I needed extra space for guests visiting Edinburgh and would recommend it to others.

We stayed in March 2013 on a festival planning trip. Easy and helpful communications with the owner. Easy to find and the location is ideal for exploring Edinburgh - it's close enough to most of the city's festival venues to pop back to for a change of clothes if you laugh too much. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the flat was very clean and it had all the modcons to eat in (tesco metro is a minute's walk) and we tried several of the recommended restaurants nearby. All in all, we will stay again and will recommend to anyone.

This apartment was a nice surprise, as it was such a good deal, I wasn't expecting too much. It is close enough to the station to avoid taxi fares, and instructions were clear on how to get to the apartment from the station. It is a long haul up to the apartment (the attic) but once there the view is terrific. Very nice apartment. Very clean and comfortable. My husband knocked his head a couple of times on the sloping roof in our bedroom, but otherwise very good stay.

This flat is a five minute walk from the shops.. Located in a magnificent building with great views across to the sea. We stayed here for a long weekend and weren't found wanting for anything; entry was seamless & the flat was spotless. Once the tramline is finished it will also be a simple journey from the airport - we will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a weekend. Having travelled up by coach, its location was handy – 100 yards from the bus station, and a short walk to the train station, the Royal Mile and all the bars. The flat is at the very top of the building, so not ideal if you tend to rely on a lift, but superb in that it gives you a great view across the city. The quality of the flat is v clean and comfortable with a decent kitchen and enough room for six people to stay. Owners were very helpful, and the whole process was very straightforward. Would defo book again.
