With 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, parking permit for 2 cars and free WIFI this apartment is perfect for larger families and small groups. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Located at the edge of the New Town within walking distance to the city centre.

Close to the East End of Princes Street where you can see Edinburgh Castle. Close to the Omni Centre with its multiplex cinema, bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to the Playhouse Theatre, local restaurants, pubs, bistros, shops etc. Near to excellent bus stop to get you round the city.

3rd floor flat with views towards Calton Hill. Accessed by stairs or lift.

“Excellent accomodation in good location”

Plenty of room to accommodate our party of 5 adults and 2 children. Clean, comfortable & very well equipped. Just a short walk from the centre of Edinburgh, ideal for exploring all the city has to offer. Would highly recommend this property & would be happy to stay here again should we be up that way.

The flat was amazing. It had every conceivable thing we would need for our stay. Even a selection of DVDs! It felt like a home from home. Great location as well. You can see Carlton Hill from the lounge. Really beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 children and had a great time in Edinburgh. Apartment spotless, spacious and so modern. Its ideally situated. We walked to Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street and also jumped on and off the numerous buses that we found at the top of the road. There was even Co-operative and Tesco close by for all our essentials although we ate out mostly, due to the vast choice in the local area. Would recommend Valvona and Crolla for breakfast if you can't be bothered making it and looking for something special. It is very close by. We went to the Playhouse one evening to take in a show. The facitlites in the apartment were great with comfy beds and it was spotless. Superb all round. Cant wait to come back again.
