“Very nice house and owner”

We`re a family from Tenerife (3 adults and 1 child) and spent 3 weeks in this nice house last summer. Despite the rain we had a great holiday because the house has all the amenities inside and it's just around the corner from the city center.

I stayed here with my two teenage daughters over New Year (Hogmanay) 2010/11. We found that the flat had lovely spacious bedrooms and living room, and a very well equipped kitchen. It is located in the West End, so a short walk to all the main shopping and sightseeing areas - or perhaps a short taxi ride to Harvey Nichols at the far end of George Street. The landlady lives next door and was extremely helpful with showing us the ropes - she also left wine and snacks for us. I would thoroughly recommend this flat for a short break in Edinburgh.

“Extremely comfortable, well located mews house”

We booked the house for a week in August, during the Edinburgh Festival and it was fantastic. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The living space downstairs with the kitchen and dining area was great. As well as being in a very pretty location, in a row of mews houses, the convenient location of the house made it even better. Being a three-minute walk away from Princes Street was useful and numerous shops and restaurants are literally round the corner. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone- it's convenient, comfortable and cosy.

This is a magical find, right in the middle of Edinburgh, 2 minutes from Princess Street. Charming mews house with two bedrooms, very comfortable beds and duvets and a lovely living area with tasteful antique furniture. There's always plenty of hot water and it's warm and clean with new carpets throughout and no pets or smokers. The position could not be more perfect - a delightful cobbled lane which is within walking distance of everywhere and has many good restaurants - a huge bonus. We hired a bike from Edinburgh Cycles (cyclescotland.co.uk) which was great for Festival time. The owners are a lovely couple who are extremely helpful and friendly and we would definitely go back.
