Description

This is a large and extremely central flat, yet it is very quiet! It comfortably sleeps 4/6 people and enjoys its own main door entrance. The flat is located in the heart of the New Town literally less that a 5min walk from George Street and Princes Street. Easy walking distance from the train station, the airport bus stop and the trams.

The flat has a large welcoming sitting room with a study area, two double bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with twin beds), modern bathroom and a large kitchen/dining room with a table that seats 8 people. A double zed bed with a sprung mattress is available should you wish to comfortably sleep 6 rather than just 4 people. The property has a private outside area at the front by the main door. Guests will have access to the whole flat.

The New Town (where this flat is situated) is an area of refined elegance whereas the Old Town (a short walk) is an area of tangled medieval streets, these two complementary parts of the city offer visitors countless fascinating historical and cultural attractions. There is public transport all around the flat but you can walk everywhere so you are unlikely to need it.

Worth mentioning that on Friday after 5.30pm there is free parking near the flat until Monday morning. From 8.30am- 5.30pm Monday- Friday there is Pay & Display on street parking.

The property doesn't have the grandest of entrances (through a shared court yard) but once inside we think you will love it!

The New Town is a wonderful area of Edinburgh- so central. The main shopping streets are moments away, yet you can also take an easy stroll through Stockbridge to see the weekend market, or visit the Inverleith Park or the Botanical Gardens- everything is so close!
