Description

We have received the designation of Certificate of Excellance 2018 for our property. Thanks to all of our great guests. This "Five Star" Beach Cottage is located in the Bahamian Club. We offer the relaxing feel of the beach that is just waitinbg for you. Now, kick back and enjoy. The Beach Cottage features a 1600 sq. ft. 2 level condo with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 5. We are located on a barrier island off the east coast of Florida in New Smyrna Beach. Set in a beautiful "Coastal Hardwood Hammock", as stated by the University of Florida. The professionally decorated and furnished townhouse is just the get-a-way you need to recharge. We offer 3 flat screen TV's located in each bedroom and a 51"HDTV in the living room, cable and HBO , 5 ceiling fans, WiFi internet to name a few amenities. There is a crystal clear heated pool, tennis, pickleball court and shuffleboard court among beautiful "old Florida trees" surrounding the pool area and throughout the complex. Our 2 level condo has a new enclosed sun room and open upper sunning patio just off the 2 bedrooms. There is newer front load washer/dryer on the first floor, newer gourmet kitchen with all appliances and cookware are available if you would like to cook. We now have a Keurig for your convience. You will find top class towels and linens in your spa type

bedrooms and baths. You can expect cleanliness through our the home. We are located within a 3 min. walk to the 'no drive' beach. For an enjoyable beach experience, we furnish beach chairs, towels and beach toys. The quaint village of New Smyrna Beach has many unique restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, museums and antique shops. Cape Canaveral State Park is located at the southern end of the island, where you will find pristine beaches. We are conveniently located to Disney and all Orlando Attractions, Universal, Sea World, Daytona International Speedway and NASA. This is a very quiet and family orientated community and is a great place for vacations and beach holidays.

We now have a "Nautilus by the Sea" fitness center located within 2 minutes south from the Beach Cottage. At the Food Market Center.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
