Description from owner

Description

The Dell sits within three peaceful acres just on the edge of the Abernethy Forest, 20 mins from Aviemore.
The Georgian granite homestead has been converted into four self catering cottages and one large lodge.
Ideal for families with safe, secluded grounds and countless activities on the doorstep. Or a peaceful haven for those looking to switch off, walk in the woods and experience all that the Cairngorm National Park has to offer.

East Dell is our most secluded cottage, tucked around the corner with a beautiful aspect Eastwards across the fields and River Nethy. It has it's own enclosed garden and 'sit-ootery'
Inside on the ground floor you have a cosy combined living / dining / kitchen area with wood burner and stunning oak parquet floor, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, in the eaves there is one twin bedroom which can also be configured as a double
