Description

Casablanca 38 offers the unique opportunity of been able to rent a 3 bedroom finca , that has all the benefits of been situated at the heart of the award winning development, Oasis de Capistrano. This was the original farmhouse before the land was developed 40 years ago. as such it is twice the size of anything else at Oasis. It has 3 terraces, offering a mixture of all day sun or shade.

As with all properties at Oasis, remember the development is built over a valley so there are steps & slopes, if this may be of concern please feel free to contact me before booking.

“Excellent stay, tranquility is amazing, best resting and relaxing place.”

The house is very large with two balconies. Nothing like any ABNB we've been to. Every body had a corner and the rooms are specious and very clean. The pool near by and the whole place is very well kept and clean too. Very near Town centre (walking distance) and has a nice down hill short cut to the sea. The pictures of the house are true representation of the house and surroundings. The owner is very friendly and does his best always with a smile. I am a chef and compared to other locations the house is well equipped although there is always room for improvement for someone who loves to spend time in the kitchen. I have asked for some utensils and in a very short time was suppled with them, some new. I'll recommend it to all my friends and come back. The price is a very good price considering it's size, location, state of maintenance and general value for money. Gideon

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
