Casa Isabella - Beautiful Luxury Spacious Self Catering 4 (four ) Bedroom Villa with air conditioning, Punta Lara Nerja, Voted in 2016 the best coastal resort in the whole of Spain. This Luxury Villa is ideal for vacations for families with children, with a Private swimming Pool WIFI internet connection, BBQ area. The accommodation is situated on Punta Lara Nerja, Andalucia - Mainland Spain. Ideal accommodation for families as it can now accommodate up to 9 persons with Bunk beds and a sofa bed in the basement. This Luxury Accommodation holiday home is within 400 metres of Playazo beach, which it overlooks and within easy walking distance of Nerja town..

Casa Isabella is a quality,fully air conditioned, Luxury Villa with all the modern facilities you would require for a relaxed holiday. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, 1 Large bedoom in the basement also with en suite facilities, bunk beds a sofa bed and computer desk. When we say the Villa is luxury we really mean Luxurious the furnishings and the decor inside being second to none.

Facilities

Kitchen: The Fantastic very spacious kitchen would take pride of place in anyone's house with a dishwasher, Microwave Oven, electric induction hob, oven, extractor fan, coffee machin, Fridge freezer with an extra fridge in the basement area.

Lounge:42 inch flat panel smart TV (you can surf the Internet etc, IPTV set up for all free UK TV channels, other channels including Discover, National Geo, Dave, Quest ipad/pod station for the use of music lovers.

Outside:There is is a lovely terrace area with a fabulous private pool a large BBQ and dining area with six beds for the sun worshipers who enjoy the fantastic weather which the Costa Del Sol so amply provides.

This spacious home enjoys extensive views to sea, mountains and Nerja town from living room, bedrooms and the pool terrace. The villa is maintained to an exceptional high standard. JJ Nerja Rentals manage the property and are always close at hand should you need help or to hire extra items e.g. pushchairs etc.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

Close by are the famous Nerja Caves, one of Spains finest tourist attractions. Underground caverns with stalagmites, stalactites and the worlds widest column reaching a height of 32 metres.

About one and a half hours drive away is the historic city of Granada with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace, well worth a visit.

Just 5k away is the old white washed mountain village of Frigliana, a great place to walk amidst a national monument and have lunch in one of the many typical bars and cafes whilst enjoying views over the mountains down to Nerja and the sea.

Nerja Has been voted in 2016 and the best coastal resort in the whole of Spain. The town has activities for all times of the year. The 7 beaches, range from small quiet coves to larger ones with family restaurants. These have provision for fun activities including pedalos, windsurfing, paragliding and scuba diving. There are tennis courts, petanqua courts, and an indoor swimming pool and sports centre, all open to the public. Nerja also boasts a theatre and cinema featuring entertainment in both English and Spanish languages.

About 20 minutes drive away is an Aqua Park open during summer months and several golf courses. Nerja and other surrounding villages have several fiestas during the year, most culminating in a colourful display of flamenco dancing in the street or one of the old village squares.

Leave the property in a tidy condition.

If you have moved any furniture beds ect please leave them how you found them on arrival.
