"We had a great time and loved the villa and Frigiliana."
- Pat & Charles Henneberry
"A spacious villa that is new, clean and very nicely furnished. Stunning views to the coast and mountains from all bedrooms and in particular the large master suite. The other big attraction is that it is within walking distance of Frigiliana village (an energetic 15min walk). Would definitely recommend, although older guests should note that there are many steps given that the villa is spread over 4 floors."
"Just a quick email to say thank you and that everything worked out fine at Frigiliana.
The villa was fantastic, exceeded all our expectations and the transfers worked out brilliantly.
Thanks for your organisation and we look forward to dealing with you for future holidays."

"The holiday was absolutely fantastic and a place we will definitely visit again, everything from the town to the villa (especially the villa) was perfect and we would like to thank you for arranging it."
"The Villa is a place I will return too in future for definite, the town was lovely nearby and was handy to be in walking distance with some fantastic restaurants, especially the Garden restaurant. The villa was very clean and well presented, we were met at the villa and shown round with directions to towns etc, preferred restaurants. With it being last minute it was very quick and easy to book!"
We enjoyed our holiday very much. The villa was lovely - very spacious, very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for what we wanted as we had chosen not to hire a car. We really appreciated being able to have the villa until we left on our last day at 5.30pm and so were able to enjoy the whole day. - Alison Wellington 9.9.2013
we thought the villa was excellent - catered for 6 adults and 3 children with no problems. Everything clean and working so no complaints at all. Pool was superb - and very well used. Location of villa was also excellent with several meals taken up in town and the stroll back not too arduous. Would recommend villa to others. Steve and Kate (local reps) very helpful, esp when we locked the only key in the outer annexe! Overall, very good two weeks.

The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, it's miles of beautiful sandy beaches and fantastic weather which have kept tourists flocking back year after year to resorts like Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella. The Costa del Sol caters for young and old alike, offering a host of entertainment choices for the native and visitor alike.
The coast boasts one of the highest concentrations of world class golf courses, to the extent that it is often dubbed "The Costa del Golf". For families there are theme parks, including water parks, go-karting, safari parks and many beautiful public gardens. For younger visitors the main areas of attraction are Benalmadena's Puerto Marina & '24 hour square' and Marbella's Puerto Banus. Both are very trendy and chic, but be warned the bars and clubs don't get busy until near midnight and stay open till dawn.
The area's history dates back to the Phoenicians and has since been inhabited by Greeks, Romans and Moors, all of whom have left their mark on the areas architecture and culture. Perhaps less well known is the areas culture, often in the shadow of its neighbour Seville, The Costa and the Malaga province are home to some of the finest Flamenco shows, bull fighting & tapas restaurants
The village of Frigiliana, and particularly the historic part is a village of unparalleled beauty. The architecture recalls the pure Moorish style while respecting changes through the centuries. Thankfully, the people who live here enjoy showing their love for the town by their actions. They can be seen constantly white-washing their houses and cleaning their corners of the cobblestone streets and passageways, keeping them spotless in the same way as has been the custom for centuries.
In the spring, the courtyards and patios and terraces are overflowing with flowers, which turn a stroll through town into a sweet-smelling dream. Everything they have done has earned the town well-deserved awards and honours making Frigiliana the most honoured town in Axarquia. The first time you visit you will be overwhelmed and surprised at how beautiful and sparkling clean a village can be. To follow one of the many narrow passageways is to run the risk of succumbing to the enchantment of the streets.

"Spacious first class villa with fabulous views to the coast"
We enjoyed a lovely week in Frigiliana and all of us would have liked to have stayed longer. The villa was well equipped and had air conditioning throughout - essential in August. Set into the hillside it has fabulous views across the countryside to the sea beyond. It was just a short walk into the centre of Frigiliana where there was a choice of restaurants - we found a lovely one and returned several times. We were also able to purchase fresh bread etc daily. The market was also well worth a visit. The villa is set over several floors with a further steep set down to the pool area so not suitable for the infirm. The balcony area off the kitchen where we ate all our meals was a 2 storey drop to the pool area - so I would also have been nervous with toddlers! But it was perfect for our family group. Be aware that one of the 5 bedrooms (a twin) is a self contained bedroom and bathroom out of the front door of the main villa. This twin had been planned for 2 of the children in our group - but they had to swap to the double once we got there and grandparents took this twin as we weren't happy about 2 children being in a separate building at night. The property details we booked from didn't mention this - but we did on return suggest that they were updated to reflect this as think it is important when you are planning accommodation that sleeps 11. We very much enjoyed our stay - our first in a villa like this but it definitely left us wanting to do it again.
