Our privately owned two bedroom holiday home is a pueblo style apartment/ villa on the Oasis de Capistrano development, acknowledged as probably the best holiday complex in Nerja It has been completely modernised to a very high specification and elegantly furnished to provide an ideal holiday home for discerning clients looking for all possible comforts. Superb sea views from the large balcony and beautiful mountain views from the front porch, make this one of the best locations in the area.

Whether you plan to take a long break or just a few days in the superb Nerja climate ( over 300 days of sun per year, on average), 22 Tetuan will provide you with ……..

....an ideal location within the Oasis de Capistrano development – just a few steps from road level with easy car parking, yet with magnificent uninterrupted views over the complex to the blue Mediterranean sea from the lounge and the private, unoverlooked balcony. From the front patio there are beautiful views of the mountains.

....an ultra modern furnished and facilitated apartment with air conditioning in all of the rooms. Bedrooms have air conditioning or heating as required.

Getting around

A car is not necessary as many of Nerja's attractions are within walking distance and a local hourly bus takes a round trip through town and back to Capistrano for the princely sum of €1 !! With a hire car you can venture to many fabulous places nearby, Malaga City with its vibrant shopping,marina and Castle or Granada with the Alhambra Palace.

We have been renting out our property for many years and know how anxious a time it can be when you arrive at the airport in a strange country just wanting to get to your accommodation as quickly and easily as possible. WE WILL HELP WITH ALL YOUR ARRANGEMENTS such as car hire, taxis, directions to get you to our property. On arrival, your keys will be waiting, our English agents will have prepared your accommodation, left you a welcome pack of basics and will be on hand to help in any way you wish.

House rules

Our property is prepared for a maximum of 4 guests at any one time and we provide fresh linen and towels for this number. An additional infant can be added to the guest list by arrangement and we will provide a cot, mattress and cover ( but not cot sheets).
We reserve the right to charge further fees as we feel appropriate for any additional guests staying overnight in our property. By allowing such guests, you agree that fees may be deducted from the damage deposit held.

“Beautiful Apartment, Lovely Stay”

We stayed here in September 2018. Unfortunately the weather saw it's first rain of the year :(, however this did not dampen our holiday! The apartment was spotless and nicely laid out with everything you needed on hand. Good quality crockery and glasses and even a welcome pack in the fridge. The view from the apartment was amazing and the balcony was really large. The furniture on the balcony could maybe do with replacing as it was a little worn but it did the job and provided us with many relaxing days. The one thing that would bring it up to 5* for me and provide more revenue would be a hot tub as it was really hot some days and the balcony was a suntrap! The apartment is a little out of the way and I prefer to be more central but the bus is great and taxis are very reasonable too. Excellent value for money!

Owner's reply: Thank you Karen for your kind review. Our sun trap terrace now has new loungers as the sun deteriorates them very quickly. With two swimming pools and a children’s pool in our complex, we feel that a aditional “ hot tub” would be a little excessive!

“Mi casa es Su Casa (My House is Your House)”

So true, the best title I could give to this house. Everything was in place. All the wee silly things that make you irritated when on holiday, when you don't want to buy a whole box of dishwasher tabs, or washing powder and fabric softener etc etc. all of these things were there in a pristine spotless apartment. The balcony as has been noted by others is superb and air con delightful. A bit more wardrobe space for luggage would have made it absolutely perfect but we managed and we always bring too much anyway. Oasis Capistrano is a lovely place to stay. We also had the bonus of having very helpful neighbours who saved my bacon when a gas cannister ran out and I was mid shampoo. Malcolm and his wife came to our rescue. A lot of care and good taste has gone into the furnishing in this property which although you spend most of your time out in the blistering wonderful sunshine, is an added bonus if you tire of going out and wish a night in and a home cooked spag bol and Rioja (I know it should be paella to stay in character but I don't like it so spag bol will do). We have been going back and forth to Nerja for 25 years, we have stayed closer to the Burriana beach,but, for comfort, design and sheer peace of mind I loved my stay at 22 Tetuan. “Excellent property”

We stayed in the property over Christmas. The property has a very well equipped kitchen, better than any other I have used in Spain and comfortable lounge furniture. The terrace is spacious and offers superb views out to sea and because we had warn weather we eat breakfast each day on the terrace. There are no other properties overlooking the terrace so one appreciates the privacy. The Oasis de Capistrano is an attractive and well managed development. I would recommend this property for its facilities and views.
